The room was very clean, and motel is next to a 24-hour Denny’s.

Went into our room, had no towels. There’s no phone in the room so we had to call the front desk with our personal phone. They would not deliver us towels, we had to go all the way to the front to pick them up. When we asked why wasn’t our room prepared for 3 guests, front desk said “how am I supposed to know that?” As if they don’t work there??? Staff was rude. In our room, the bathroom door had holes in it. The wall had holes in it. There was a dead bug in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken. The rack to hang clothes was broken. No hangers. No soap/toothpaste. I couldn’t even check out of the place because their system was down. Some of the pictures do NOT match (mainly the lobby). “No smoking” but place reeked of weed. The room didn’t even have enough pillows for the 3 of us. No plastic silverware. We have to call the front desk to get the Wi-Fi password, YET THERE IS NO PHONE IN THE ROOM. Judge: where are staying? Defendant: I’m staying at a motel. This is the kind of place they’re staying at. Despite big signs that say weed will not be tolerated, the whole place smells like weed. I got yelled at in the elevator for not hearing one of “guests“ demand that I the button for their floor. The AC took 30mins to click on. Plus there was a big chunk of hair/weave in the bathroom. I reported it and someone muttered that they’d check it out. They never did. To top it off, the “breakfast room” was run like a prison cafeteria. You had to show ID to get anything. Even coffee. The room looked raggedy, unsafe, dirty, holes in the wall the parking lot wasn’t safe I wouldn’t even leave my bike outside drug infested area poor quality hotel safe is behind bullet proof glass just look run down I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone not even my worst enemy

Good to stay

ok for my 1 night between flights

My room had previously had two beds in it, one was removed but. Nothing replaced it like a couch or chair, just a big room with a bed and a dresser that you could sneeze on and knock it over. My impression was that it was about to close and the owner does not care in the slightest. Positives. The bed was clean and the air conditioner was very effective. There are definitely worse hotels out there but this one is kinda the best of the worst I guess.

Then I was given the room key to #422. When I opened it, there was a very irate man on the other side, who followed me back to the office to give me a piece of his mind. The third attempt to get into a room, #428 was successful. My only reservation after that was all the loud talking and playing music at 7 am, which is probably not the hotel's fault. The staff person said that someone was apparently checking people in without entering them into the database, which is why I tried to enter two different rooms that the staff and I didn't know were already occupied. This can be very dangerous for me. I may be lucky that I didn't get shot. Somebody needs to look into this. Like the staff person said, somebody isn't doing their job.
