My room had previously had two beds in it, one was removed but. Nothing replaced it like a couch or chair, just a big room with a bed and a dresser that you could sneeze on and knock it over. My impression was that it was about to close and the owner does not care in the slightest. Positives. The bed was clean and the air conditioner was very effective. There are definitely worse hotels out there but this one is kinda the best of the worst I guess.

Then I was given the room key to #422. When I opened it, there was a very irate man on the other side, who followed me back to the office to give me a piece of his mind. The third attempt to get into a room, #428 was successful. My only reservation after that was all the loud talking and playing music at 7 am, which is probably not the hotel's fault. The staff person said that someone was apparently checking people in without entering them into the database, which is why I tried to enter two different rooms that the staff and I didn't know were already occupied. This can be very dangerous for me. I may be lucky that I didn't get shot. Somebody needs to look into this. Like the staff person said, somebody isn't doing their job.

DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY

From the moment we entered the room, there was a horrible smell that made the room feel dirty and unsanitary. The basic necessities were also missing. There was no refrigerator, no microwave, and we received absolutely no room service during the entire two days we were there. We didn’t even receive fresh towels. To make matters even worse, we were given a room without curtains. We had to go all the way to the front desk ourselves and ask them to bring curtains because the room had no proper privacy. We paid to stay in a hotel, not to stay in a dirty, smelly room filled with bugs, without basic amenities, fresh towels, room service, or even curtains. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I believe a refund or significant compensation is appropriate given how unacceptable this stay was.

When we checked in they gave us a room that had work gloves and a non-functioning toilet with the lid off; as if the plumbing was being serviced. Then they moved us to a room that wreaked of cigarette even though the facility is non-smoking. The shower also did not function and we did not have any towels. I booked this room two weeks in advance and it seems as though I had just came in to make the reservation that night. My husband and I are very dissatisfied.

My door didn’t shut completely and two things were broken that I took pictures of before because I didn’t want to be responsible for hearing the pictures

The front desk staff was professional. The property appearance seemed maintained until I got to the room. The beds was horrible, one bes was solid almost like spreading a blanket on the floor, the other bed; you could feel the springs in the mattress, which was sitting on a ripped up back spring. . Going to the bathroom you could see paint and plaster peeling almost in every corner. I would say tgat thus place is just for emergency or if you absolutely need a place while traveling to crash for the night.. I would only stay here again if its the very last resort and only other choice is sleeping outside or in my car..

Yes the rooms didn’t have a microwave not enough towels

Place was disgusting and filthy. Our hotel room flooded while taking a shower. They wouldn’t give us extra toilet paper. There were no towels or wash cloths in the room. Customer service was horrible because when we asked for help they said they were not doing it

I had a 300 pm check in and was told it was unknown when your cleaning crew would get our rooms ready. We had a commitment at 430 to be at. Horrible experience

We had to hurry and book 5 rooms because of a flight shut down. We were desperate, but we wish we would have just stayed at the airport. The man who was working checked in two rooms for our high school group and then just clocked out and went home, while we were still trying to get room keys, leaving us stranded for over an hour in the rain until someone came to finish checking us in. They were not friendly at all. The rooms smelled like smoke, the bathroom door wouldn't close, light fixtures were broken and locks were loose. My teens didn't feel safe, but we had nowhere else to go. Horrible experience.

Everything was terrible. Less said the better.

Required a $30.00 fee at check-in. Now when you check out no one at front desk to get the money back. 20 people in line and no one there
