La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Philadelphia Airport

Aside from the staff, everything about it was dirty and awful. Don't be fooled by the pictures on their website!

Room was clean and staff was very helpful!

Everything was great! Staff is friendly and the place is clean. It is about a 15 minute drive from the Stadiums/Arena!

Peeling paint, air conditioner was loud and hard to control the temp, toilet ran continuously. Back door wasn't secured. Staff was very pleasant.

Hotel was mostly okay but the room lacked a LOT. First, there was no closet rod, so there were NO clothes hangers. None. The usual closet consisted of three very small hooks on the wall and a shelf overhead. In the bathroom there were no towel rods at all, but ONE hook. In a room for 4 people, the bathroom had only one hook for any towels or washcloths. Pleasant enough hotel, fairly clean, pleasant staff, but overall locking in some basic amenities

I want my money back. This place is nasty, and unsafe!

Overall, my stay was average, but there is significant room for improvement regarding amenities and service. Many listed amenities were completely unavailable, including the guest laundry, which remained out of order for my entire stay with no alternative solutions offered. Additionally, the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting, cleanliness was just average, and the staff could benefit from being more courteous. On a positive note, the free continental breakfast was okay.

Staff were great however, our room wasn’t the cleanest. Entire place could use new paint, trim, carpet, etc.

TV didn’t work- tried 3 different remotes

My husband and I stayed in this hotel with our two kids from Thursday night to Sunday morning, so a quick weekend trip. My short advice is that you find somewhere else to stay. But the details are as follows: upon arriving to the hotel we checked into our room and found a giant brown stain, hair, and dirt in the bathtub. Naturally, I was disgusted and concerned so I asked to switch rooms and the hotel staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, they immediately gave us a new room key. However, the new room was not much better, it reeked more of urine and the AC was not on so that didn’t aid the smell. The breakfast was standard, we were able to manage throughout our trip but the overall experience was that the facility itself was not in good condition or the most cleanly and the staff did their best to provide quality service but it simply wasn’t enough to make us stay again.

Not well maintained, very old. Had a dirty feeling

The room had peeling paint, stains all over the doors and walls, stains on the towel. It was dirty and has not been maintained. We almost drove home to not have to sleep there. I was so disappointed that Expedia had recommended this location.
