La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Philadelphia Airport

Location was good. Breakfast was good. Free airport transfer was good. The gals at the front desk were incredibly helpful and professional. My stay was during FIFA so town was busy and there were not other options. If you are ok with the smell and want something cheap, close to the airport then this is your place.

This used to be my go to property when flying early out of Philly. I have stayed there 8-10 times in the last two years. Over the past 2 years it has gone down hill fast. This visit was really bad. The elevator was out of order. I stepped into the stairwell to climb the four floors and got hit in the face with the smell of weed. I have had this same experience at this property with the weed smell in the hallways before. Maybe time to shampoo the carpets as the smell seems stuck in the carpets I went to wash some cloths and found that the laundry room was out of order as well. 8 people in line to check in with only one agent helping check people in. The tv’s in the rooms are super small. I stayed in room 413 and the window to the outside was so dirty you could barely see out. One positive is the beds are comfy and great pillows. But overall I recommend trying a different property down the street. Wyndham really should be ashamed to have there name on this property.

Everything was thoroughly cleaned for the most part, just really old so the aesthetic was a little off putting. Coffee in the lobby is great and staff is super nice and helpful.

The building was outdated. Several of the locks on the doors to the building did not work. Even though there were card scanners at every entrance to the building and signs posted that a room key was needed to enter the building several of the doors to the property would open without a room key. The fruit juice machine during breakfast did not work. Avoid this hotel.

This hotel is very clean and close to the airport. Great customer service. I will return at this hotel anytime.

I stayed overnight just for a flight the following day. I enjoyed my stay. The area is convenient, it wasn’t loud besides a few guests slamming the doors as if they have no cognizance or respect for others. Thankfully, it wasn’t an all night issue. I slept very comfortably. The bed was comfortable that’s a plus in my books. And I was able to leave my vehicle in the nearby parking lots and get shuttle service to the airport. I’m a happy camper 😊

Staff was friendly and helpful

This hotel had friendly staff, a good breakfast offered, and the rooms were clean and the beds slept wonderfully. I’d book again if I wanted to be outside of the city center. It was about a 20 min uber to downtown.

Does the job for a quick nap between flights but wouldn’t stay longer. Room smelled overwhelmingly musty and ac worked only ok. The room was very clean though. And breakfast was nice and yummy.

Do not recommend, look for other places nearby. It is dirty, not well cleaned and cleaned as well. Feels moldy.

Entire hotel is rundown. The flooring of the elevator is broken, and hole was cover with a mat and elevator door was very narrow. Ceiling tiles were missing through out the hotel. Every machine in the hotel gym was broken, almost all the dumbbells were missing. The floor of bathroom in our room was dirty and the hot and cold water marking for the shower head faucet was reversed, so when you turned it to cold is actually hot and water pressure was very weak. The worse hotel I have ever been to.

The staff I encountered were all pleasant. The room was clean. The only thing I would recommend is that the person in charge of the breakfast area is more aware of refilling the items and keeping the area tidy.

The staff was pleasant, and it did provide an airport shuttle.

Very helpful staff and we were allowed to stay past check out as we had arrived extremely late in the night.
