On the positive side, the beds were comfortable, the AC worked quietly, and the outside lighting and steps were in great shape. Being right next to Denny’s was a nice bonus after the Eagles game. The only other downside was that the staff at check‑in and check‑out were not very friendly, which made the experience feel less welcoming. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I do think these things should be noted. Overall, the stay was fine, and with a few improvements, it could be much better.

Nothing. They sold my room out from under me and didn’t tell me till I got there at midnight and had no more rooms available when I reserved that room a month in advance.

Rooms kept clean in appearance but needs repairs and maintenance of beds and floors… the floor have a terrible dog pissed like smell odor

We only ended up here because our connecting flight was cancelled, leaving us stranded in Philadelphia overnight. From the moment we arrived, the experience was awful. The front desk staff were miserable and rude, and the overall atmosphere was extremely unsettling. The room was disgustingly dirty and had a very strong, pungent smell of mildew. We walked in and immediately walked back out. We did not feel safe staying there. There were numerous questionable people hanging around the property, along with a strong smell of marijuana. When our Uber picked us up to take us to another hotel, the driver told us that the hotel was reportedly being used to house homeless individuals through city funding. Regardless, based on our own experience, I would strongly advise against staying here. This was the worst hotel experiences I have ever had—truly the stuff of nightmares. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Nothing They said the hotel was sold out. Although we reserved it early, they said they could not accommodate us. So we had to leave because there were no rooms. We had to go to another hotel.

Spacious room and clean bathroom I thought the rooms should come with room service.

We didn't receive our security deposit after leaving
