I arrived and was told there was no reservation under my name even though I showed the front desk proof and wasn’t offered any sort of help! Will not book here again!

The room was cleaned but there was a strange smell. I don't know what type of product they use to clean but the smell was awful I had to let the door open for a little bit ( the window does not open) and spray my perfume. Additionally, the staff at my arrival was not welcoming, the front desk behave like he didn't wanna talk to customers and didn't want to be there. Not to mention that they retain two dollars from my deposit only God know why. I gave 2 stars because the lady who check me out was nice and very professional.

Rooms are like no matter how many times they clean it and you did smell the cleaning products. Rooms are dark and in None inviting. But okay for quick pit stop before you take your flight out . Or your a trucker that needs a little rest

Nothing with exception of the polite girl during checkout. Everything. Room smelled, inconvenient bringing bags to room, tiny television, customers smoking weed and a lot of loud riff raff outside, cigarette burns, an unfriendly staff member during check in, and uncomfortable bed and pillows. That's just to name a few things.

To start, I was not at all pleased with the gentleman who checked us in. He was very rude and not helpful at all. The room looked dingy and had a bad smell. We went to buy air freshener and that made the room somewhat bearable . The room access is through the exterior and the plaster around the door frame was falling off making it unsafe and easy for anyone to kick the door and have full access to the room. Fortunately we were out all day and only used the room to shower and sleep. Unfortunately we booked the room for two stays. The first was for five days and the second was for one day. Had we known all of this, the second stay would have not been booked. Here we are for the second one day booking. Things were worst at checkout this time around. Arrived at 2:35 pm. and were told we could not check in until 3;00. We left and returned at 3:00. Same rude and dismissive person. He gave me the key but failed to activate it. When I told him it wouldn’t open, he was annoyed and activated the key. Went back to the room and unlike the first booking, there was no refrigerator or coffee in the room. Went back to ask about it then he just said “that’s what you booked” and walked away and left me standing there. I didn’t want to deal with him anymore so I went to the parking lot and booked a room next door at La Quinta for the night.

From not being able to hear the person through bullet proof glass at the counter, to dirty bathroom walls and doors, this place was horrible. Luckily I had Lysol wipes with me to clean off light switches and anything else we touched. Out of the 6 hotels we stayed at on our multi state family trip, this was unbelievably horrible.

Great value hotel a short stay away from Philly airport. Great to have restaurants, bars and shops/gas station within walking distance

I am not sure what made it a "plus" hotel, as we saw no additional benefits from staying there.

The price point was okay but it has no business having “plus” in their name. It was the most basic room that was in poor condition. Holes and stains in the walls and ceiling and stained furniture. I rate rooms based on if I would visit again. For this room I would say absolutely not. But the staff was okay.
