I reserved a 2 queen bed room and up on arrival they told me they have me on a one queen bed room and a sleep sofa instead because my room had a broken toilet and charged me for the full reservation fee , the room was smelly, Damm and not cleaned properly. I ask for a $100 refund but they told me the manager isn't there until Thursday and that they were going to leave a note to seek for a response.
