The hot breakfast was AMAZING! The hotel was clean, but smelled like a weird mix of lavender, vanilla, and sweaty armpit. The front desk staff were very helpful and we loved the later checkout time of 11:00 AM! Also, the water pressure in the shower was excellent. Although the SALT WATER pool is small and fills up quickly, we had a great time swimming in it. The hotel is a 20-minute drive from the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, but the cost was reasonable! Overall, we had a lovely and memorable family vacation!

It was all good except the hvac was loud for me. I had to turn off the unit to sleep at night.

We enjoyed the waffles for breakfast but all of the other hot food was not good. Just seemed like frozen microwaved food. Breakfast bar was well stocked. And clean. We wish it stayed open till 10 every day. It only stayed open till 10 on weekends. We're just not early risers. Prefer to sleep in later. Rooms were clean & beds very comfortable. This was our 2nd stay here. Will definitely use this property again.

The breakfast was terrible. The eggs were fake. The muffin and Beacon was very bad. What was served I would not call it breakfast. The mattress was too old and wobbly. Overall the experience was not good. I would not recommend this hotel for the price the charged

Breakfast was reasonable and easy for the kids which started our beach day in a positive direction. I would stay here again.
