Very clean and quiet

Spacious room, nice shower, good breakfast.

If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. They basically canceled our reservation, before we even got to the hotel and when we walked in to check-in, they basically told us sorry about your luck and we were from out of town and had nowhere else to go. I’m almost wondering if the front desk clerk wasn’t giving rooms away to his friends.

If you even looked unsure someone would be right there seeing if they could help with anything. The breakfast was fresh and they never ran out of anything. The rooms are contemporary and clean. Now personal preference, I like a closet to hang my stuff in/toss my suitcase. In this case there are hooks to hang your stuff. I would recommend this place. Extra bonus lots of places close to eat.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast.

When I got to the location it is well hidden, however it has easy access to the highway and mall. The outside is not the cleanest with there being several cigarette butts in the ground and trash in the tall grass. Staff was helpful but there were several disturbances of children running through the hallways and pounding on peoples’ doors. Breakfast was okay but I wouldn’t go back and eat there for the breakfast option.

Breakfast options were few.

The pool was super cold. The bed was hard as a rock and pillows were very flat.

All the above, except I didn’t need a airport shuttle

Loved the easy check-in process and how friendly staff is. Also love the 12 noon checkout!! The beds are also the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! The showers were a little dirty. Could be cleaner.

Try by Hilton is a perfect example of Hilton trying to beva Motel 6. Terrible management. The cleaning ladies are incompetent. Housekeeping stripped by bed AND NEVER MADE IT! no cups in room. No soap in shower. No ice bucket. Worst hotel stay in 50 years!! Don't walk, RUN away from this abomination!

Great place to stay

The location was pretty good & the bed was comfortable The room did not have a blow dryer, thankfully I brought mine. Mildew on the vanity grout. I expected more since having be owned by Hilton.

The hotel itself was clean and the location was good! I was there from Wednesday July 1 till Monday July 6 and my room was only cleaned on that Thursday July 2 and not cleaned again by no one…. I had a total of 2 room and neither one was cleaned.. That was very disappointing as I asked how often do they clean and I was told every other day so I don’t understand why my 2 rooms were missed!!! The hotel itself was clean but my room was not! I didn’t get a chance to take any pictures but I did let the staff know and no one even bothered to get it cleaned. We had to keep calling the front desk to get clean towels. Also the hotel had everything but body soap.

Got to room had 1 towel & 1 washcloth, no hand towels, no mat for shower. There was no hand soap or lotion. I had to go ask for towels & wash cloths. Got back to hotel the next afternoon, no one from housekeeping had come to remove dirty towel & put fresh ones or cleaned the room. Was very disappointed with this aspect of this hotel. Also bed was horrible, like sleeping on the floor, pillows were atrocious. Went flat as soon as you touched them. Last bad note, Indoor pool was nice but water was freezing cold. On the best note of this hotel was the service we got from Ms. Bianca at quest services. She was marvelous, got everything housekeeping did not and brought to our room. Spoke to general manager as we were leaving, said he would speak to the supervisor of housekeeping, didn't seem overly concerned in my opinion. That's the last time we stay there; there are too many hotels in that area to not be taken care of.
