The breakfast was awesome and the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly . The room had a mothball over powering smell i went to the store and got some baking soda opened the box to try to get the odor out i also open the door to the outside to let it air out but didn't feel safe in the area to sleep with it open lots of parking lot active at night friday and they where filming a movie and couldn't get to the hotel friday night.

Our room was very clean! The outside needs some cleaning up.

Should be condemned! Entrances dirty. No lights in stairwell. Pool wa greener than a swamp. DO NOT STAY HERE
-
The neighborhood and not being near to restaurants. A lot of out of order vending machines

The room had a big glass window towards parking lot. It did have security rod thank god. But, it was black and filthy the whole wall. Headlights from cars would shine in even with curtain drawn. What I really didn’t like was the shady people that would hang out just inside the Building B door and outside it. I came back from being with my daughter for UK parent weekend and they would be there. They crowded the door like they didn’t want to let me in. I sleep with my pistol on the nightstand. The breakfast, if that’s what you call it was not worth it. No eggs, no protein, just bagels, yogurt, dry cereal, and a silly waffle machine. They did have apple juice, orange juice, and the Coffee was in a machine that would squirt out all over and it hand grinds in it. Nothing I had more.

There was no elevator that we could find even though there is an elevator sign. Sidewalk is torn up and uneven. No drinks in machine upstairs, no soap in the shower

The property was old not well kept sidewalks were falling apart and uneven. There was a weird smell in the hallway and in our room one of the ice machines other things in the hotel we’re not working. They were out of order. The complementary breakfast was extremely minimal not what I’m typically used to The staff, however were very helpful when needed.

It was easy to access from the interstate and the staff was friendly. Walking into the building, the lights were flickering like a horror movie. As soon as I entered the room the stench of stale cigarettes hit you. The room seemed fairly clean other than that. You could hear people walking and talking through the walls throughout the night.

Absolutely nothing I work for cash everyday and explained this to the Manager from the beginning of our stay. I would leave for work and let front desk know soon as I got off work I would be in to pay. Manager say that was fine. No problem. Except while I was at work they would check me out and put my belongings outside along with my disabled mom. I offerd to pay late fees. They would say again no problem. Every single day after saying it was fine to pay after work. I would go to work and same thing. My disabled mom would be out outside in the heat until I got off work and came in and paid. On the last day after once again telling me right to my face at 7:00 am that it was no problem if I pay after work not only did they check us out they called the police to come put my mom outside for the last time. We move to a Motel 6 and have had zero problems out of them doing the same thing. Paying after work. This Days Inn was the ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED IN. On top of all this they place has no ice machines. No vending machines that work. No pop machines. Plus the AC would not even keep the room cool. Literally the worst worst worst hotel I've ever been too. DO NOT STAY HERE

The second room I was given smelled better, however was dusty, floors weren’t swept, windows left open prior to my arrival and would not close unless brute strength was applied, the phone was dirty and watermarked. The hotel is large but not filled to capacity. My next door neighbors played loud music into the night. Breakfast was limited to waffles, cereal, fruit, juice and coffee. Maybe 2 stars. It was not a peaceful or clean stay.

While the staff was great, no one answers when you call on the phone. You have to go to the desk. Breakfast was ok - keeping in mind the price you pay, but still delicious. I love my room and beds were super comfortable! Very nice upgrades! By just looking at outside of the hotel, you wouldn’t imagine what’s inside! Oh and watch the elevator- it’s temperamental!

Clean and got a good price. Front check-in staff was nice. Pillows uncomfortable. Breakfast was not as posted. Refrigerator was empty and milk and juices on counter. Ice machine, vending machine and laundry room all out of order on our floor. Didn't like sliding glass door instead of window in our room. Couldn't open curtain for light.
