This place needs upgrades The room had a musty smell..doesn't feel clean No extra sheets..the housekeeper took the sheets from the bed. And returned them 2 hours later

Do not book this hotel! We pulled in and knew pictures of what is online did not match reality. We walked in our room and it smelled like smoke and mold! The chair looked like an animal scratched it up. The sheets had stains on it and toilet looked like it wasn’t cleaned properly. We went to the front desk and told them we wanted a refund and wouldn’t be staying there. The guy at the front desk said he couldn’t authorize it but he assured us his manager would. Low and behold they wouldn’t refund us our stay!

The room smelled like smoke even though they do not allow smoking in the rooms. It smelled so bad where we had to get air fresheners. The pillows were rock hard. We got new pillows the next day. Staff was great. Easy to check in/out.

The room itself was disgusting. The sheets were dirty, and it's clear it had not been cleaned in some time. A ROACH crawled on my fiancee and when we attempted to find it we discovered DIRTY USED CONDOMS under the sheets. The shower head shot off when the water was turned on and the shower didn't drain. Joseph at the front desk was very kind and helpful and the only decent thing about the entire experience. 0/10 do not recommend

Wasn’t expecting much for a quick weekend stay. Staff was polite and room was fairly clean but property needs updating and a deep clean.

I didn't like the morning staff or one of the evening staff they where rude disrespectful and showed their racism proud. I have never been so insulted in my life. I would like to see this staff at this facility trained on customer service. I went to put my belongings into my car and told staff I was coming back to gather my things and when I came back to my room my things was gone and the only way I knew my belongings was put in a dumpster, I am going thru a divorce and I been living in hotel for the last year so my things that was put in dumpster was all I owned, And , Hell know I didn't get in that nasty,filthy dumpster,What I'm about to do is file a lawsuit against this Red Roof in for discrimination, pain and suffering etc. So if I'm not contacted by someone in this cooperate office my suit will began . Have a wonderful day

I booked through a 3rd party site and thought the room had a refrigerator and microwave. Upon checking in, I was told the room I booked didn't have them, but other rooms did!. No coffee pot in the room and they didn't have hot coffee in the lobby until 6. We were traveling and left early due to road construction. It was acceptable for an overnight, but wouldn't stay longer.

No amenities. Room smelled like smoke. Towels are old and cheap bedspread was stained.

Easy access to everything and didn’t hear any freeway noise despite being right next to it! There was always hot water and the toilet was separate from the sink so it made sharing the room with others easier At times it smelled of cigarette smoke but not all the time

Room was clean. The shower head needs replaced. Tha AC/Heat unit was noisy

Parking was iffy we had to squeeze our vehicle into a space between a dually truck and a car that hugged the line. There was a blood stain on the bed spread, it served its purpose as affordable and had comfortable bed.

The location of the parking space for our room. Room could have been cleaner, things needed repaired in the room, there should have been a chair and table to use in the room. There wasn't a freezer, people parked in our spot, Marijuana smoke was coming into our room and bums and derelicts were hanging around our area.

The lady at the front desk was friendly, kind, and helpful. There was reliable wifi and cable. No bedbugs The room I got was nasty, got put in a second room and it was nasty, got put in a third room that was dirty but not to the extent of the other 2. Dirty and dusty surfaces, outdated. The beds were uncomfortable. The bathroom had hairs in the floor and back of the toilet. The shower curtain was dirty. The floors had visible dirt and debris and the walls and ceilings were dirty. Stains on sheets and pillows. Stains on the lamps and heating/cooling unit was dirty. I asked if I could get a refund so I could find another hotel but the front desk clerk was unable to refund it. That didn't leave me a lot of options so I stayed.

The room was very dirty. It smelled like mirajuana. The bed had hair and stains all over it. The toilet and comforter had cigarette burns on it. We left and didn't even stay. We could not get a refund.
