Close to interstate Abundant Cockroaches running freely ! Bed smelled so bad it caused an asthma attack. “Non refundable”. Could have at least changed rooms. No WiFi code available. Clerk had a “who cares” attitude when I reported the bugs

The room smelled like someone smoked inside then used incense to try and cover up the smell. It was overwhelming. The bedsheets also had cigarette burns on them. There were a few bugs and roaches crawling along the walls. The bathroom also looked incredibly run down and gross.

Staff was nice Room was dirty and they took an $100 deposit, I still haven’t gotten the deposit back and it’s been 5 days.

You get what you pay for. Upon arrival, there were a few homeless looking people sitting outside rooms with all of their stuff. I saw one room with cats that were sitting in the window. When we came into our room, the bed cover had stains all over it and the sheets had a few holes but were cleaned. The room did look clean but geeze…replace the stained bedding! There was a huge cricket in the bathroom, flat pillows, no security lock on the door and no coffee in the room. I will say the shower had awesome water pressure and the mattress looked clean too. We have stayed in every kind of hotel from 5 star to “will we survive the night”. This wasn’t the worst but I will not stay here again. For $70 I could’t really expect too much.

The quiet, it's rather peaceful here when it comes to noise The walls in my room had splatter all over them and you can tell they been there for a minute. Gross, please wipe the walls down if needed

The room aroma was overwhelming. I couldn’t breathe from the abundance of carpet deodorizer. Filthy light switches, bathroom floor. I got what I paid for!

The room had an extremely strong odor of cleaning solvents and perfume that caused much iritation to our throats and gave me a headache . We kept the door open for about four hours but that did not help much and let insects come in. The room was a no smoking room but I wonder if the cleaning solvents were an attempt to get rid of and cover smoke odors. We were too tired to ask for a room change and then move our luggage although that would probably have been a wise thing to have done.

It’s a hotel room. The structure is old (ceiling and wall scratches, holes, stains). Pets are allowed and you will smell that. The room smelled like cigarettes and bleach. The tub did not drain. The WiFi was choppy. Other than that, the AC worked, the bed was comfortable, the TV had good signal, and the staff are incredibly nice.

Great location ❤️ Staff was a little rude at times. My partner locked himself out and they would not give him a key bc his Identification wasn't in their system even tho he was on our account and checked in with me upon arrival.
