Great location ❤️ Staff was a little rude at times. My partner locked himself out and they would not give him a key bc his Identification wasn't in their system even tho he was on our account and checked in with me upon arrival.

Location was great,over all everything was good.

So when I went to the office to check out I told the staff member (who was the same person who checked me in yesterday). I said that the bleach odor was bad and the rug damp. She remarked that the room had undergone a deep cleaning recently. I didn’t ask for an exact date but if I hadn’t been exhausted, I would’ve asked for a new room. I thought the smell would dissipate. It didn’t. She remarked that a deep cleaning does use bleach and the smell is part of the aftermath. I said the room should not be rented with the strong smell. I said some people may be hypersensitive to the smell and although my experience did not cause a n allergic reaction. It’s been almost two days and my nose is still “running” and I drippy. Her response was not good customer care. She probably would have given me another room if asked, but I think she would have given another guest the same room. I have stayed here before bc I like the price and location. I will question renting from the property in the future.

Right off highway Roaches and dirty bath tubs

Nothing It had bugs flying, and cockroaches crawling on the wall. The bed was dirty.

Was okay, smelled a bit

The TV had a practically infinite number of channels.

They have roaches. My bathtub was also disgusting!

It was great the staff was great

THE 100 DEPOSIT WAS SOMETHING NEW AND HONESTLY POINTLESS. FOUND A CAP FROM A WATER BOTTLE UNDER MY SHEET SO IT WAS HARD TO BELIEVE IT HAD BEEN CLEANED.

No microwave or fridge our food went bad and tv didn't work

No luggage rack or place to put toiletries. Wrapping coming off bathroom pipes

This Hotel had a hidden $100 deposit and a very strong overseer. Just a bad experience, but I must be fair and honest and admitt their were a few issues with the booking and location. Things happen when you travel; however, the show must go on, 😂
