Wonderful location, amazing staff, and beautiful hotel! We have a new student at UK and this will be our new hotel when we are in town

We really enjoyed the Elwood for a two night trip with a dog, to visit family. We stayed in a Signature two room suite. The rooms were open and bright, and plenty of space. The building was conveniently located, with plenty of food options close by, but we also enjoyed the restaurant and bar on property. There was a nice outdoor patio that we didn’t use, because of heat, but we would have used it in fair weather. There was an outdoor pet area with clean up bags, disposal and plenty of grass. Staff were all very helpful, and represented the hotel well. We would definitely stay at the Elwood again.

Clean and nice Everything is perfect

Daughter is an incoming freshman at UK…we stayed at the Elwood for 2 nights for her orientation…it was great! Location was good…staff very nice and accomodating and the restaurant food/service was good. I would recommend.

Clean as always. Multiple stays, and we always enjoy the Elwood.

The room was spacious and clean, check in was easy, and I loved the walk in accessibility!

King bedroom was clean. The third floor hallways were extremely warm. Parking was plentiful. Hotel is set up strange as you enter a restaurant and go through swinging doors like you're headed into a kitchen but it's the hallway to the first floor rooms.

The property was so clean and nice. The decor and vibe was exceptional! Loved everything about it!

We love The Elwood Hotel. Best boutique hotel in Lexington for the price. We recommend it to all of our friends.

There was no microwave in the room. Water and ice are only available on the 2nd floor. Three pillows is not enough for two middle aged adults. Nor is only two bath towels enough for two adults staying the the weekend. Those are all minor issues and did not impact the enjoyment of our stay. Staff was quick to provide extra towels and complimentary bottled water but we didn't think to ask for an extra pillow until we were already in bed. Overall it is really a lovely place and we would stay there again.
