Elwood Hotel & Suites

Nice and thoughtfully decorated room with all amenities including Google project TV. Very nice bar and restaurant. Excellent staff attitude. Paper cups for water and coffee in suite. Come on. Don’t channel Quality Inn.

Always our go to place in Lexington. We did have some very disruptive wild kids in the room across the hall causing their mama all kinds of hell but she got them quieted down by 9pm. Nothing on Elmwood except thin walls. That can happen anywhere.

Super clean, cute and comfortable for the price. Some areas around hotel were a little concerning with not a lot of lights walking around in the evening.

The only issue is the parking. You can park on the street where there’s no open spaces or valet park. So you have to valet park. Daily charge to park plus tipping your valet. They also don’t tell you that up front.

Such a great boutique hotel with a lot of character and a wonderful restaurant as well. We really enjoyed our stay! Staff was extremely helpful.

No complaints with our stay. The property had plenty of parking and was located only a few miles from downtown and 10 minutes to Keeneland. The food at the restaurant was very good and the staff was very friendly,

Interesting style. Distinct from chain hotels.

Room was clean with great amenities.

Cute hotel, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, too.

Great hotel close to UK.

Superb

N/A Bathroom could’ve been cleaner. There was bar soap caked in the soap dish in the shower. I reported it to the reception desk the next morning, and they said they would have it taken care of. However, housekeeping took a bar of soap and set it on top of the already dirty soap dish. Not the cleanest bathroom I would like to have seen.

Location was great and the decoration of the lobby was fantastic. The rooms were not what we expected based on the pictures posted, the only ice machine in the building did not work, and we were locked out of our room 30' before the check out time, which made us waste time getting the keys enabled to access to our room (we were not the only ones experiencing that).

We had a wonderful stay. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and polite. Check in a breeze , the bartender amazing, our room perfect. Would definitely recommend it.

Clean, airy, and with an incredibly helpful staff.

beautiful

The staff was very helpful. Always there to open a door or fetch ice etc..the room was large and the bathroom shower was beautiful. Sheets are high quality.
