Staff was nice and beds were comfortable Breakfast had no yogurts but rest was good and carpets in hallways were old and room smelled old

Convenient to my appointment Had to change rooms shortly after we arrived due to air conditioning not working. Was charged twice for the room after we had payed online then again at check in.

The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was great, the room was clean, and the room service was great. Honestly, the only complaint I have is the pool water was a little chilly.

The bed and pillow were so comfortable we went down for a girls weekend to visit UK and both my friend and I said it was the best sleep we have had in forever. And the water pressure in the shower was amazing. The lady checking us in very kind and friendly You could definitely tell it was an older hotel some paint peeling in the bathroom and the old radiator heating and cooling but the super comfy bed and pillows and great shower more than made up for it

I would stay here again and recommend this to my family. A solid hotel, with some amenities (breakfast, pool and parking). It was very conveniently located for our needs and if you stay here, do yourself a favor and go across the street to Biscuit Daddies - to die for breakfast and coffee! The bedding and room was neat and relatively clean. While it was clean enough, it is clear there are some maintenance issues (only 1 elevator was working so we took the stairs, no ac in the hallway on the 4th floor but our room was very comfortable, sink drained slow, lounge chair had a leg that looked like it would break and the bathroom caulk looked a bit dirty). It is definitely a 2 star hotel. But given its location the cost can be high, although everything is relative since the other hotel we considered were much more expensive.

Beds and pillows were comfortable, shower was wonderful, breakfast was great and employees were very professional and courteous. Nothing

The girl who checked us in (Gloria?) was very pleasant and accommodating. She even gave us a remodeled room which was very nice with its amenities. The breakfast was good but not up to the quality of another HIEH we had stayed in a few days before. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and well-stocked. The girl at the counter when we checked out was very nice but the face piercings were a little unsettling, not what a professional business would want to portray IMHO. Also, there was no fresh made oatmeal, just packets. Blah. The hot cinnamon rolls seemed left over. The scrambled eggs were fresh and fluffy, however.

The family and I took my son to UK ER for surgery so we needed somewhere for a one night stay. My daughter and her dad went to the room while my son and I were at the hospital. They laid down and not long after my daughters dad got bite by a bed bug and he physically seen the nasty thing and went and immediately told the front desk and checked out. The staff was no help and they are refusing a refund. I’d suggest staying elsewhere.

Free parking. Easy to find Told could easily walk to town but as a single female traveller it was along a quite isolated poorly lit road

Customer service, Angel is AMAZING! She lit the atmosphere up for game day and night she knew what she was doing. The only thing I have to say something negative about was the breakfast. It was a little too overdone, but that was okay IHOP was right down the road. Overall if we come back to Lex we will definitely be staying again.

We only spent 1 night here, but for us, the best was the brkfst spread. Very well put together with a good selection of items.
