I didn’t like the decor…. Nothing matched, patterns, colors, accessories…. It felt confusing and unsettled….it was fine, no real issues, just not aesthetic for me

The place was clean, staff were nice. Comfortable bed. Very convenient to hospitals / medical buildings.

The shower had good pressure, and the included toiletries were of decent quality. The TP wasn't great, but it usually isn't in many hotels. The bed was a bit firm for my tastes, but the pillows had some bounce. The TV had streaming services preinstalled, meaning we could watch our own Netflix and Disney+ shows in the evenings. The breakfast was mediocre. Better than a continental, but not as good as other places I've stayed. The always-available free coffee was good, though. All in all, an excellent hotel. I would stay here again, for sure.

The transition to enter the handicap room was difficult. The transition had a “bump” which made it difficult to get the wheelchair in. Rooms were very thin walls and we could hear other guests
