SpringHill Suites by Marriott Lexington Near the University of Kentucky

Good location for walking to Kroger Field for UK football and over to campus. Breakfast choices were very good. Room clean and quiet. Great stay!

Press in the room Said pool was heated it was not it was

The room was very clean. Staff was amazing. The breakfast bar is amazing and fresh. Pool and gym are great too. Highly recommended place to stay.

Disappointing

Excellent free breakfast. The place was also very clean and the amenities were nice.

Good place to stay for hospital appointments

The original room we were given smelled very strongly of chlorine. We called the front desk and they were able to switch us to a different room. We were told the original room is right above the indoor pool ?

Good

We liked that there were two sinks. Compared to a different Springhill Suites the other was nicer. Also a turnoff was a homeless man sleeping in the parking lot.

Exceptional

Everything was nice. Only thing I didnt like was the rooms are weirdly shaped, so the TV was at an angle that made watching kind of odd, but nothing worth losing a star over. Had a small issue with the TV not wanting to connect, but the front counter helped us reset it and it worked like a charm. Super nice staff. Place overall was a nice stay, nothing that will blow your socks off, but definitely better than some others we've been to around the area.

I booked specifically for the pool, I paid for a second day so we wouldn’t have to check out at 11 and my son would be able to swim all day. The pool closed by 10am and was closed for most of the day.

The bec was very uncomfortable. Lumpy. Gave me cramps. Everything else was fine.

The building and staff were very nice. The lobby and rooms look like they were recently renovated, which was nice. But man, the beds are probably the worst “beds” I’ve slept in. At about 2am, I considered moving to the floor because it had to be more comfortable. Our daughter is going to UK this year and we were hoping to find a hotel we could stay at consistently when we are in town… this won’t be it. This could easily get higher ratings with more comfortable beds.
