I had to pay for parking. However, the property is well kept and clean - it has a classy vibe. The staff was very friendly and helpful! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. :)

The first room we checked into was very dark and musty, turns out the AC unit wasn’t working. The staff at the front desk quickly got us into a new room with a working AC unit. The new room was brighter but had some sort of stain on the floor and chair. The front desk staff was once again able to take care of this quickly. The restaurant/bar in the lobby was wonderful and so was the location. The property overall seemed a bit neglected and in need of an update.

The room was charming. The food was excellent, and the staff was extremely accommodating!

Will definitely be back! We loved the restaurant and the property in general.

Room clean. Bed comfortable. Carpet needs to go!

No sleep for a 2day stay, couldn’t wait to get out of there. The room we were at I guess is near the kitchen or banquet room, you can hear the staff so lo

Old, antiquated hotel, with mediocre staff and need a “makeover” vey badly. I would never stay there again
-
Was just an ok stay. Seems the rooms are the least maintained of the entire property. Restaurant and lobby are great.
-
Staff was friendly. Bathroom is small, missing some basic amenities, ie hair dryer, hooks for hanging towels, clothing.
-
Bare minimum room. Does not reflect pricing. More similar to motel based off accommodations. Nice area, lobby, and restaurant on site.

Staff great. Our room was so-so. I understand it’s an old building. But I feel some upgrades can be slowly integrated into some of the rooms that I’ve been in. The bar/lounge and entry way area seems to be updated. It was a beautiful area to hang out in and around.

The room was clean and so was the lobby. The area we stayed in, was being painted and all you smelled was fresh paint. The room was clean and everything but since it's older you constantly hear the AC turning on/off. We had originally booked 2nights but had to check out after one night. beds were comfy just the noise/smell we couldnt really sleep

Kelsey, the bartender/server made our stay exceptional. She was so fun!

Good location for UK football game. Like the older hotel vibe except for the tiny bathroom sink area. Restaurant food and fun music and vibe post game.

The property was very old. The sink was coming off the wall in the bathroom, shower curtain was bent. There was no refrigerator in the room. I believe that housekeeping refolded the old towels that were used the day before since they were damp when I went to use a clean one. The bar and restaurant were good and updated. They need to spend more time investing on updating their rooms, especially for the price being charged to stay here. Also, they charge $35 a day for parking. A bit steep when other hotels in the area do not charge.

We were woke up at 6:30 am by the football team that was staying there, having morning drills indoors. Music and loud talking on the morning we could sleep in. Then that evening they hosted a wedding there. We needed to be up early the following day so tried to get to bed at 9. The music was crazy loud so I went down to speak to the front desk. They said they should be wrapping up soon. The music was still blaring in our room at ten. Great music, seemed like a great DJ to be honest lol, but we needed to get to sleep. Our room was 1022, directly across from a hallway opening to reception. At some point after 10 I went back to the front desk and by that point I was pissed. They said, again they would take care of it. They did not. It was 10:40 when my husband then got up to at least shut the door openings to reception. Needless to say we were not happy. It was our 4th time staying there and we will NEVER be back. Terrible experience. To top it off, huge wolf spider in our bathroom as we were trying to leave. We should never have been put in a room beside their events they were hosting. And, we obviously were not important compared to their events.
