The hotel clearly has been renovated recently. The room was adequate. It seemed clean. The air conditioning unit seemed to have a slight, musty, mildew smell. The breakfast was not good. The noise from other rooms, slamming doors until 11pm was not good. We had brought a box fan, which we normally do, and it helped to drown out some of the noise. Overall, it was an adequate stay for the price, but definitely not up to par with what we would prefer.

Great staff and breakfast but you are getting what you pay for with regards to cleanliness and updates to the property. The area is convenient but not great so if you’re a female solo traveler be aware.

Great value for a quick overnight stay when passing through town. Pool was closed for maintenance, was not intending on swimming, however, if I was, would have been disappointed.

Always a great choice to stay, we do atleast twice a year. Reasonably priced, nice pool, clean rooms and easy check in.

I was so highly impressed with everything. The room was large and roomy. Two queen beds. Rest room off to the side. Came with a microwave and small fridge. This helped immensely. I was able to buy some food across the street at Walmart for the 5 days I was there. From check in to the staff,everyone was absolutely friendly. Pool was small, and indoors, perfect. Centrally located to all our adventures in KY and OH. Served standard breakfast fair, bagels, toast, muffins and options of cereal. They had sauage gravy and biscuits with eggs. Food was okay and edible. Im just particular about my food. My travels partners loved the breakfast. I was highly impressed with everything, room, hotel itself. Parking was easy. Hotels soaps and conditioners were large and plentiful. My only thought is the showers need something on the bottom of the tubs for slipperiness. And freezer needs thawed out occasionally. I would highly highly recommend Guesthouse at Lexington.

The motel was nice, clean, friendly staff. Close to many restaurants and shopping.

The entire hotel was very clean from checkout to our room. The breakfast in the morning was just okay just some bagels and toast. We would definitely stay there again

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. the breakfast was great for start of the day. The staff was great when checking in.

Room had bad odor. No shower soap. Breakfast was good. Parking was fine.
