Comfortable bed, clean room and helpful staff. I definitely would recommend Guesthouse Inn & Suites for those reasons. No elevators

Clean and comfortable. Great bed very nice breakfast No elevator.

The hotel was good, just a few issues with our room. The room smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be non smoking. When I arrived there was a big puddle of water under the sink that I had to clean up and there was no tv remote. The front desk was great though and brought one right up.

Clean room and lobby. Basic provisions, early morning outside noise.

Decent room. A few hairs in the shower and crumbs/dirt in main room...was not swept prior to our arrival. Room smelled bad when we entered. A/C unit is on its way out..barely working.

Excellent location close to restaurants, stores, interstate, gas stations. Very good breakfast, friendly staff. There was an odor in the room that was tolerable for the time we were actually in the room. It's very possible it was from the mildewed curtains above the air conditioner. Furniture was rough looking but did the job.

The breakfast was better than most budget hotels. Fresh fruit and muffins. Location was good. Quiet room. Bed and pillows were sub par. Backboard made noise when you move.

Strong wi-fi and good location. Decent breakfast, though not many healthy options. There were warm egg rounds (not sure how else to describe them) every morning. Be warned the sinks in rooms are right by the door to the hallway. And always put your hotel door flip guard ON. One morning, despite having a "do not disturb" sign on my doorknob, a cleaning lady unlocked and opened the door while I was in my birthday suit at the bathroom mirror. I cried out and she shut the door. But when I angrily spoke with her through the door, she said the cleaning schedule said I had already checked out. I told her the computer is sometimes wrong and I put the dnd sign on the door. She said the doorknob sign isn't always right. So I asked if it was hotel policy to knock on the door before entering. She said no. I said, well it should be. When I went to the front desk later to ensure that my experience was noted, the manager was helpful and very apologetic. She said it was the cleaning lady's fault, she made a mistake. The manager was helpful by taking me off the cleaning list entirely and assuring me that it is now hotel policy for staff to always knock before entering. I was somewhat reassured, but I will never stay here again. Everything was ok after that, despite how shaken up I was. I am just glad it was a woman, b/c the morning before, I had seen several men cleaning rooms. Flip the door guard over every time you get back in your room!

Returned to find key did not work. But it wasn’t a key problem. Housekeeping never completely closed the door so it was not locked. Left room unsecured after swapping towels. No additional lock on door. No chain or bar (was one but you can see the holes where removed). Close to highway and convenient. Food options nearby.

It was quite. And had plenty of food places.to pick from. Kind of a ways from downtown but not to bad.

Everything Nothing

Checked into handicapped room, excited to see great walk in shower. Later took a better look at it - yuck, shower drain had dried hair covering it and it looked like the bath bench that hadn’t been cleaned. It was awful! Reported to front desk.

Good price and value. Breakfast is modest but adequate. The rooms are clean and staff is friendly. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty.

The guesthouse was a great experience for my overnight stay. The room met all expectationsand more importantly, the staff across multiple shifts were extremely helpful and overall a great experience.

Fantastic tv could access Netflix to watch. Amenolike hand soap and lotion and shampoo and conditioner in shower area we really enjoyed our stay breakfast was average but at least there was food
