The staff was excellent. They were as good as the staff at a high end resort. However, when you looked at the towels (especially the pool towels) you were reminded you were at a cheaper hotel. LOL But the people were great, I even met some very nice fellow travelers. The breakfast was a nice treat and it was very clean in the kitchen.

The thermostat was very weird and difficult to use, but I didn't ask for help, which you always get if you ask. I slept like a baby, so I guess the room temperature ended up to be fine.

The air conditioner in our room barely worked and when it turned on it sounded like a gun going off.

Close to highway , plenty of parking, pool for kids Wasn't the cleanest . Breakfast as usual not impressive

Property next door had a number of motorcycle riders staying there; not the fault of our property, but the noise as the riders came in and out at night was very disruptive to our sleep.

The staff was top-notch. A clean facility, close to shopping and eateries. A solid value for the cost. No real drawbacks.

Location was very convenient The room was tiny & could definitely have been cleaner. There were large crumbs on the floor in obvious spots so you know it hadn’t been vacuumed recently. The bathroom floor had clearly not been cleaned either, & there were stains all over the walls of the bathroom.
