i can't give it a review. I had to cancel the stay but have not heard back from as to whether. they honnored the cancelation. The manager was not there to say. I am still waiting info about this.

The room was terrible…dirty and noisy. Ac unit was loud and obnoxious. Room smelt musty and felt very damp

There were no towels in our room, we tried calling the front desk, no one answered. We had to go get them. There was hair in the tub and our bed was made but very messy. No water in the room.

Everyone was very nice and it was clean. Our reservation never went through and they accommodated us at a lesser cost than booking. Getting refunded from booking has been an issue. The breakfast was terrible. The worst I’ve ever had at a Hampton. There was no closet in our room. It was just a weird little room. But clean and comfortable.

They said Expedia booked customers were overbooked. Several hotels in the area were full. we had no where to stay. Expedia owes me a re fund and I will never use Expedia nor this Hotel chain again!

Very clean and staff is friendly. Good price and location is easy to find off of I-75. Everything was great but the bed was a little too firm for me.
