Super 8 by Wyndham Lexington/Hamburg Area

Location was good but everything else was disappointing. Dog urine was in the room when we arrived. The cleanliness was poor. The other guests were loud and seemed to be just hanging around the back door entrance. Extra bedding was unavailable. The hotel says it offers coffee and a breakfast Item to guests but it was only coffee or orange juice. Really need’s updated because our floor was uneven and the drawers wouldn’t stay closed. Toilet paper was really cheap and we ran out of hand soap because it was not refilled before we arrived.

No breakfast - false advertising. I would not have booked if I knew. Ice machine did not work which made the hot days even worse.

there was no breakfast. the pet friendly up charge of $65.00 for a 10lb chihuahua is ridiculous. the shower plumbing is not connected to the wall, there was only 1 towel, significant crud in the floor grout. stains on the sheets. it was a miserable experience.

The staff did help us with our problem just said sorry we talked to the room that was causing the problem at 3am wont stay there again

Nothing Shady characters in the parking lot and in the motel! Room was dirty and smelled of Marijuana! Door looked broken! Was put on the 2nd floor and was told there was no elevator, so my 75 year old mother had to walk up and down the stairs!! If I could give this place a 0 I would!! Was told no refunds so we were stuck here!! Also the price of the room went from $108 to $178.00!! There was roaches in the stairwell, on the ceiling. Luckily, they were not inside our room. We did not leave the room at all even though we were all needing something to drink, because we did not feel safe! There were people yelling profanities all hours of the night in the hallway! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!

In the morning I checked out, there was a continuous loud noises, banging, apparently renovating a room nearby. Glad I was not trying to sleep in. Other than that, stay was great.

Check in ~ the lady couldn’t wait to get done with me and go out and smoke the cigarette she held in her hand the whole time. My sheets had cig burn holes in them. The bathroom door had been replaced and it was too small, so about an inch and a half wide open spaces on 3 sides,( I was sharing the room.) Mold in the corner between bathroom door and tub. Sketchy area. The only good thing that I noticed ~ the lobby area seemed clean. Would not recommend.

The bed was very comfortable. Glad there was a freezer in the fridge. The bathroom needed a fan in it..Would've liked to have a breakfast.

It was a place to stay but NEVER AGAIN. ROACHES. ROACHES. ROACHES. THE FRIDGE WAS SO LOUD WE UNPLUGGED IT. THE AC SETTINGS WERE LITERALLY JUST 60 SO YOU FROZE OR BURNED UP. ROACHES. DID I MENTION THE ROACHES?
