The location and the fact that you could smoke in the room. The property is older so the toilet was leaking and the bedspread had stains and holes in it.

The front desk staff were very sweet. No pool, dirty, stained, tub didn't drain, mold.

Convenience to everything The bathtub wouldn’t drain well at all and kept filling up during the shower and the bottom of the tub was slippery so you had to be very careful when moving around not to fall in the shower

Great location for us! Railbird festival, overall seemed close to most things. Satisfactory on cleanliness and staff. Stayed 3 nights and never heard any noise through the night. Overall satisfied would score a 7-8! Little rundown, pool was closing and that was not disclosed.

The location was in such a good spot that even the homeless and sex workers had easy access to necessities and the interstate. Dirty, no housekeeping in 4 days, tub nor sinks drained, light bulbs out, only left two towels per room, the price was jacked up to 3 times the normal rate and defied a two start hotel not a 3.

Unclean room, stained linens, showered hardly worked.

I was well pleased that the front desk worker was willing to give me a decent and clean room after I shared with her that the room she assigned me was not clean and I did not feel comfortable sleeping or showering in that room, and the area was somewhat questionable/did not feel safe. So, I appreciated her kind customer service

The staff members we dealt with were amazing! The property is not up kept. There were cobwebs and dust all over the ceiling and walls, as well as stains around the room. Glad we checked whether or not our first floor windows were locked, because they were unlocked. We locked them ourselves. We had a view of an old mattress leaning against a wall outside. The exterior doors were loudly opening and slamming all night.

I literally got in trouble because I was cleaning the room myself. It was so filthy. The housekeeper yelled at me.

Do not stay here! This experience has finally taught me not to cheap out. The rooms need a remodel. The couch was stained. We only had a travel package of tissues. There weren't enough towels and the desk clerk only gave us more grudgingly. When we came back to the hotel the second night, the police were there for some sort of altercation. They returned the morning we left. The equipment in the exercise room did not work. This was definitely one of the worst places I have ever stayed and probably the worst one I have ever found on hotels.com.

I was disappointed in our room. I paid $117 for something that should’ve been $59 a night. No ice, very few towels, beds were hard, one bed sheet had a stain (coffee?), tv was dirty (fingerprints),& no trash cans. I am not a picky person, but I also want what I paid for.

Walking into the lobby, we were hit with a strong odor—a mix of stale smoke and something reminiscent of a nursing home. It was overwhelming and set the tone for what was to come. Despite the obvious red flags, we proceeded to check in. We were sent down dimly lit, unsettling hallways that felt unsafe and neglected. Once inside the room, things only got worse. Lighting was minimal—just a single weak overhead fixture that made the space feel even more unwelcoming. There was a constant mix of unpleasant odors, a crying child in the adjacent room, and furnishings that looked cheap, worn, and decades old. The mattresses were thin and supported by what appeared to be a metal folding frame. After a quick but thorough look around, we made the decision that this was not a place where we felt safe or comfortable staying the night. When we returned to the front desk to explain, the response was blunt and dismissive: “I cannot refund you.” No attempt at resolution, no concern for the guest experience. We left immediately and found accommodations elsewhere. If you value cleanliness, safety, and even basic comfort, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Saving a few dollars here is simply not worth it.
