Good location and spacious rooms On my first day I used the guest laundry facility and there was a persons laundry in the dryer so I folded the clothes and left them on top of the dryer and put my laundry in. An hour later I came back to ALL my clothes gone, someone had gotten into the dryer and stolen my clothes. There were no other clothes in the washer or dryer, which tells me that whoever took my clothes was not in their washing, making me believe that somebody that stays at the hotel for long periods took them. Whoever took them were very bold and I asked the staff about it and the staff told me there was nothing that they would do about it. So I lost $350-$400 worth of clothing my first day there. I then told the front desk that I had no microwave in my room and the maintenance person told me that he would bring me one down and during the time I was waiting I got a text request to review the hotel and I put down that I was waiting on a microwave so when he brought my microwave, he rudely confronted me about calling in when he told me that he was going to bring me one. He was like why did you call and make a complaint when I told you I was bringing you one. Then on my second day around noon housekeeper was down the hallway from my room and I walked down with all my used towels and linen and asked to trade it in in the same. Maintnance Man was there and told me to go to the front of the building at the main laundry and get them. When I got there a lady that I don’t believe was the housekeeper I believe she was management or the owner. Instructed me that if I wanted clean linens that I needed to come earlier in the day. I’m a guest at the hotel and if I want new linens two or three times a day that’s what I expect to get not told that I am doing something wrong when I bring linens one time to the front

The ladies that was in the front desk was very rude and nasty towards us and tried to make it seem like I was being rude

The staff was nice but busy. Everything is outdated. The tub never had any hot water. The rooms and hallway smelled bad.

The room was great. It was comfortable and clean and had everything that I needed in it. The only compliant I had was the lack of tv channels. It could have used a few more, I ended up watching old reruns of stuff because that was really all that was offered.
