Comfort Inn & Suites Lexington - Hamburg I-75

Just ok

Called the day before to confirm room. They didn’t tell me about the exit to get to their place was closed. Staff wasn’t very helpful regarding places to eat after 9:00PM arrival. Then the room had NO outlets that would hold my cords in them tight enough to have anything get recharged. Staff was pretty good but need more training

Good amenities, breakfast was nice, lots of options. They always had some refreshing lemon infused water available in the lobby. I was also able to wash some clothes in the laundromat. Great visit.

The staff was helpful and friendly. It did not smell musty or moldy. The breakfast was good. Heard highway noise all night. The pool was NOT heated. The carpet has stains and needs to be cleaned. The carpet isn’t vacuumed in the corners. The fold out sofa mattress was very uncomfortable.

Filthy!!! Walked in my room and walked straight back out. Seen 5 roaches in vanity and roaches behind tv. Went straight to the front desk and asked for a refund. Denied my request! Then checked out right then and there and now they are acting as if I stayed in the room when I clearly did not. Have proof that I did in fact book and stay at the holiday inn express after leaving there!

Room was roomy and staff friendly. Bed frames could use some attention but we made it through. It was a one night stay.

Bathroom didn’t look like pictures. Can hear highway traffic from room.

Great location & quiet hotel inside. Lots of noise from interstate 75 when outside but once inside & in the room we didn’t hear any of that. Pool was cold, nice but cold.

Exceptional

Room suite was perfect for our needs. The room temp was set at 65 and to cold first night. The ac unit said “on” with no way to change temp. We complained the next morning and then told there was thermostat on the wall behind the door.

The room was huge! The beds were comfy. The pull out couch bed was awful, but overall we enjoyed our stay
