Staff at desk was very friendly & helpful. Not happy that we reserved a king room & ended up with a handicap king room. No chair other than a desk chair to sit on. With two of us , not a comfortable place to sit & also no regular shower.

Rooms were ok.. the towels and bed sheets had a mildew smell.Breakfast was poor unfortunately. Not a good selection. Staff was friendly.. but overall just average at best.

Room was clean and comfortable. However, the room faced the I-75 freeway with noticeable noise all night long. Loudest hotel noise I've ever experienced. The hotel was not full and we should have been put in a room not facing the freeway.

Breakfast was ok. Toaster not working. I found the bed a little hard and uncomfortable. It seemed old.

It was dirty. The couch pull out bed mattress was disgusting. I wouldn’t let my kids sleep on it. The carpet was dirty. The shower area walls were peeling from water damage. The highway traffic was extremely loud in the room

CLEAN Comfortable mattress and very responsive and friendly staff Would have enjoyed an outdoor pool. Re Breakfast could have healthier choices. Basket of oranges and apples
