Good

Parking was easy and plentiful. Nice access just off the highway. The staff we interacted with were friendly and kind. The room itself was nice enough, you can see exactly what it used to be before the new paint, but it's like a lot of the older hotels today. The room was well cleaned and had nice lighting and enough outlets. The pool was great and had enough chairs and loungers. The only drawback was the very, very limited breakfast options.

everything was super clean and the staff were super chill very much enjoyed. The price was honestly really good for how nice the hotel was and the amenities it had. Definitely my go to hotel for lexington trips. literally no complaints.

Stayed here when the change was to Spark. Excellent conversion. Other stays also very good. This time I was in a third floor room that had pubic hairs everywhere in the shower and on the curtain. Dead crickets on both sides of the entry door inside. Worst of all, two small used wash clothes were on top of the shower curtain bar on the end by the dispensers. The good point is the shower drain worked properly. Drained water as fast as the shower dispensed

The staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to local restaurants and activities. The only small issues I believe need addressed are that the shower was very slippery and there is no towel hook close to the shower. Other than those minor items my stay was great.

Room was clean, friendly staff Breakfast items spars on a Thursday morning before 8am. No coffee cup lids so no to go coffee.

The front desk staff were all so friendly & welcoming! The beds, pool and breakfast was good.

The front desk was amazing and funny . The breakfast was great the room was comfortable and clean. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool but saw lots of people enjoying it.

Clean and pretty room with plenty of room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool water was very cold for an indoor pool and the bathrooms didn’t feel clean. The women’s bathroom was out of toilet paper. The breakfast was ok but had very little options.

I liked the location.
