SpringHill Suites Lexington Near the University of Kentucky

We liked that there were two sinks. Compared to a different Springhill Suites the other was nicer. Also a turnoff was a homeless man sleeping in the parking lot.

Everything was nice. Only thing I didnt like was the rooms are weirdly shaped, so the TV was at an angle that made watching kind of odd, but nothing worth losing a star over. Had a small issue with the TV not wanting to connect, but the front counter helped us reset it and it worked like a charm. Super nice staff. Place overall was a nice stay, nothing that will blow your socks off, but definitely better than some others we've been to around the area.

I booked specifically for the pool, I paid for a second day so we wouldn’t have to check out at 11 and my son would be able to swim all day. The pool closed by 10am and was closed for most of the day.

The bec was very uncomfortable. Lumpy. Gave me cramps. Everything else was fine.

The building and staff were very nice. The lobby and rooms look like they were recently renovated, which was nice. But man, the beds are probably the worst “beds” I’ve slept in. At about 2am, I considered moving to the floor because it had to be more comfortable. Our daughter is going to UK this year and we were hoping to find a hotel we could stay at consistently when we are in town… this won’t be it. This could easily get higher ratings with more comfortable beds.

Such friendly reception staff. Clean, comfortable and quiet room! Excellent breakfast choices. Super cold A/C for this brutal heat wave! All was great!

Overall, the hotel is very nice. The rooms are great and clean. The breakfast is not so great and unhealthy, in my opinion. It would be nice to know that water was available as well as tolietries which I learned on the last day.

Room was clean and the breakfast buffet was excellent. However, the bed was a little lumpy, not all the bathroom mirror lights would stay lit, and the elevators are a bit small to accommodate the luggage carts.

Overall very happy with stay. Whole facility was great, convenient location, friendly staff, pool was clean.
