First the location then cleanliness then the room size and facilities. Everything was the superbly managed. A limited menu in the breakfast.

At breakfast there was not enough spoons for guests. The water in my room was not running when I called the front desk they said it was because of a flood and that they had sent a message but never got one.

Great location, nice rooms, good breakfast The staff was rude, I was scolded by a woman for coming in the wrong door. There was no need for it.

Liked the location of the hotel. Road construction and hotel renovation currently ongoing.

Comfy room. The evening social hour rwas eally nice.

breakfast with Reco yes, they're in the middle of selling out to Hilton and in the middle of construction carrying out furniture blocking up the front door cards are being used for stone and concrete and drywall. There was no coffee pot in room, staff rude the manager

The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. The 5:30-7 pm events on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday was delicious and I met so many people from all over the United States. The lady who was the host was so sweet and a pleasure to talk too. Tonya deserves big Kudos for helping me at check in. The young gentleman who wears a sweater and went out of his way to make my stay enjoyable. I love Staybridges Hotels. Thank you all.

Appreciate Tonya and Sidney for assisting me yesterday as I made an error. After fixing my error they made my checking in a breeze.I thank them for helpfulness and patience.

Parking was decent, close to places to eat. Hotel overall was pretty good. Breakfast was not good, woman who was working Breakfast the first morning we were there was incredibly rude. Pool closed for construction.

Courteous staff Wish I could stay longer. I missed breakfast had to leave early.

Breakfast was absolutely amazing each day was different options and each day was top tier!!!! Definitely recommend and worth every penny The pool was closed the day we arrived for 5 days a message stateing that prior to visiting would have been nice but we were accommodated and sent a few minutes up the road to use a sister establishment and their pool

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good! The kids enjoyed the pool!! The location was great! The beds were not comfortable. The room could have been cleaner, the furniture was dusty. The sofa bed was in rough shape.

Room was spacious. Good location. Room was not clean. Soap bars were left in the bathtub and pink mold was present. I informed staff and they were apathetic.

Terrible smell of mold in room-had to switch. New room not much better. Furniture in room looked dirty and unkept. Not willing to sit.

Nothing unique. Night staff was friendly
