very clean and roomy! was perfect

Staff did what they could. It wasn't their fault about the awful state the hotel was in. Location was great. We were never informed about the construction going on at the property. It was very loud, dirty, and not what I paid to see. The lobby was nonexistent. There was no gym. There was no hot breakfast. There was a crappy bagged togo item that was awful. The biggest annoyance were all the construction workers that continued to hang around at the entrance. They would hang out and smoke at the entrance. There was a plastic tarp hanging up as soon as you entered the hotel. Major construction was going on all day long. I made a complaint and the staff said they couldn't do anything about it and that since I made the reservation with Booking.com, they couldn't give me a discount. WHY WAS I NOT TOLD THERE WOULD BE CONSTRUCTION? If I knew this I wouldn't have booked the hotel.

Room was very clean staff was great but doing major renovations dust co.i g threw ac vents and all threw hotel no buffet breakfast or social hour food drinks was very disappointed we stay there 2 times a yr when I booked the 212.room nothing was mentioned of renovations

The hotel is under renovation. Some amenities were not available and there was noise from the work. The hotel declined to provide any refund or discount. If we had known beforehand that the hotel was under renovations, we wouldn't have stayed there.

The room was clean and comfortable. The appliances were nice. There was plenty of room. Construction woke me up Saturday morning. Half the building was under construction, but I thought it would hault during the weekend. The a/c was also not working half of the time, and the room and hallways smelled like farts. There was also no breakfast which it said was included when booking.

Under construction. Place is tore up. They are remodeling and was not informed about it. Side doors propped open all night so anyone could get in. Tv was awful. House phone was completely dead had to call the front desk on cell phone. I told them checking in I would pay cash checking out and they charged my card already when I went to check out. Nothing offered for compensation. Every area of the hotel was tore up. Jack hammering up tile. They should have closed the place instead of taking or robbing people of their money. Never again.

Having a kitchen was so helpful

The room was nice Took 40 mins to check in, charged several times that i shouldnt have been and then staff then checked me in incorrectly so the next morning housekeeping took my belongings because it said I was supposed to check out, which I never did. I was booked to stay 2 nights.

When I booked the room, I wasn't aware that the hotel was under construction, so there was a lot of dust and paint smell in the air. The room itself was fine, but I didn't try to go use the gym room or the pool area due to the construction.

The stars were completely rude and not at all helpful. Never again.

The room was amazing. Breakfast was great! Very pet friendly! Included 24 hour laundry facilities were an added value because we needed to wash soccer jerseys between tournament days! The only thing I would say is that I saw a guy painting door frames on my floor and NEVER thought to myself “he probably painted my doorframe” but I ended up with paint on the back of my favorite shorts, my shirt and my purse strap!! So staying here cost me EXTRA a in clothing and a purse!

the location was perfect for our purposes. Appreciated being in the litlle village with other stores and services. The rom was quiet. renovations at this property meant that the room we were in was older and quite dated and dark. The shower wasn't very clean

Bathroom wasn't clean tables grease bedboard dosty sofa was stinky and to much money for 2 days
