Best Western Lexington Inn

Rooms were nice and clean when we arrived but not even basic towels/housekeeping in our two nights. Breakfast was very basic and poor quality

The room was clean and the staff was great.

Newly renovated, very clean, lovely breakfast. Walking distance from Applebees.

Everything is good except shower knobs

The TV was not active. The girl at the front desk was nice enough to come and help us, but she was unsure how to access the channels on the TV.

Very friendly staff and very clean. Pet friendly and great breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again if we’re in the area.

At check in, I was informed that the hot water heater had gone out and that it would not be repaired until the following morning. I appreciate the front desk clerk forewarning me; however, I was so tired and didn't want to risk having to find another room, especially since I had booked online via hotels.com. I went ahead and stayed, but I was gravely disappointed as I had had a great experience there last year.

I chose Best Western as I had stayed there last year and had a great experience. I even booked to stay there on my way to PA on Thursday, then to stay again on my return trip the following Tuesday. Checking in on Thursday, I went to my room to find that it and the outside of the room reeked of marijuana smoke. When I went back to request another room, the staff (who was great) immediately assigned me one that didn't reek of weed. The breakfast was okay, but the eggs tasted off. Check out went smoothly.

It was a very nice hotel. I felt welcomed.

Very clean room and outside well taken care of, which made up for doors on outside (my daughter prefers inside doors to the room). Beds were very comfy - I usually don’t sleep as well because mattresses usually too lumpy, but not a problem here! Free breakfast was good, but nothing special. Ice machine worked - been to several hotels lately where it didn’t , so that was a plus. Staff friendly. Parking all around building, so no problems there.

Not bad for one night don’t know if I would stay longer than that.

Good breakfast

Room was generally clean but had a bad Oder. We initially thought it was bleach or cleaning products but after a time realized it was more of a musty sour smell. Not very pleasant. Plus we did not realize this was more of a motel than a hotel. Our fault on that but still a surprise. Our first floor room opened right onto the parking lot. The hotel was fortunately not too busy because any parking lot noise was very loud. I would stay again if I was in a pinch. The location is great, but I would research other spots first. We did not realize how many great boutique hotels there are in downtown Lexington which is so close.

Its very close to Washington & Lee Its a motel and alot of bugs outside and on the windows and doors. The bathroom wasn't cleaned and had hair on the floor and tub. The price increase for graduation was kinda crazy too

The breakfast was barely okay. Good selection but everything was from a can or packaged. I don't think anything was actually cooked there. The coffee was weak and very bad. We stopped at a McDonalds on the way out to get good coffee. TV was great and channel selection was perfect for us. Shower was good. Not worth the $160 per night we were charged by Booking.com. Room smelled like cleaning agent when we arrived. Cleared up after running the air conditioning. Breakfast highlight was sausage gravy (Libby's canned gravy). The eggs were from box of powder. Sausage links were good.

Breakfast was kust perfect. Location perfect for our destination. Staff friendly and helpful. If we come back this way, we will stay here again! I think it was all just fine.
