Best Western Lexington Inn

We had a wonderful stay at this Best Western. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. A/C worked great. We had a fridge and coffee and breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

Plenary of parking and convenient right beside restaurant. Will be going back and staying there again when traveling through the area Price was good too Nothing fancy but nice and clean

Check in was easy, staff was very nice, and hotel room itself was very clean. Didn't realize it's the type of hotel where the door to your room leads directly to the parking lot/outside world, but the door felt secure enough despite that fact. Definitely recommend for VMI families looking to spend a last-minute weekend in town or need a budget option for a big weekend like Matriculation or Graduation. For 2026 Matriculation, price was roughly $150 with tax - the Holiday Inn Express right behind this Best Western was double that price. Bottom line, you get what you pay for, but you actually get more than expected here.

Easy access, plenty parking, nice breakfast, restaurant right next door, gas station other side of restaurant.

Everything was amazing

The breakfast was very good. The coffeemaker in our room was broken and the water pressure in the shower was low. These two negatives would not keep us from coming back. The staff was very friendly.

Breakfast was good, parking was free and there were plenty of spaces, and the staff was very nice. Unfortunately when we first got there, there was 1 tiny dead bug on our mattress and I was freaked out and requested to switch rooms which they immediately accommodated. In the second room, I had no issues at all, so I could have been paranoid but it is just not a great thing to find bugs of any kind in your room is all

Staff were friendly, the room was clean, parking was right in front of the room which was helpful. The breakfast was simple, no bacon or sausage, but still quite a few options. Location was convenient and Applebees is next door for an easy dinner.

Room next to elevator to be avoided: There was a constant buzzing sound because of it. Rooms not soundproof: could hear people in the adjacent room and the cars starting on the parking lot. Check-in was very slow. Don’t offer a client to take the fidelity card when there is a line of clients waiting to check-in. Such a long process.

Lovely front office staff. Basic, but clean bedding and towels. Yogurt and coffee were good breakfast.

No surprises everything was up to standard

The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything. The worst is when someone stands next to your room and starts talking on their phone since the rooms are kind of in the balcony style surrounding hallways. I was awoken at 3:30am by someone conversing outside for at least 10 minutes. Not a great night sleep for me just for that reason.

Staff was courteous professional and friendly. Clean and comfortable room. Good hot breakfast. Only complaint was wimpy pillows
