Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Lexington, VA

Welll I didn’t like driving 3 1/2 hours to be told the spa was out of order. I didn’t like bugs crawling on my pillow. I didn’t like that my sheets was stained. And I didn’t like the lady that checked me in. Bugs , no spa , stains in my sheets

Clean Rooms

Facility was clean and the staff was great. There is a weird cash security deposit that was not disclosed before arrival.

It was quiet and clean.

Great stay in Lexington! We love the location and the ease of staying at the Lexington Country Inn and Suites. Suites are spacious, clean and in good condition. Perfect for an overnight or weekend travelling stay!

Hotel was clean and safe place. The customer service could have been better. There was no water available to purchase. We had to go to the store across the street to purchase water. The night clerk could have mentioned there was a 7-eleven right next door instead of making the suggestion of crossing a busy highway in the middle of the night. It was very obvious the clerk just didn't care one bit.

Suite room helpful staff Dining area was closed after breakfast and not available. In other hotels it is open and available for carry out or playing board games the hot.tub was broken

Breakfast was okay. The hot tub didn't work but they gave us a room with a hot tub. Friendly staff. A Lounge area with a bar area would be nice.

Out of date but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the typical for most hotels. Hot tub was broke which was disappointing.

The view was wonderful. Very clean and quiet The stairs are not for a person with mobility issues.

Nice weekend stay- good location and friendly staff. Room was clean.

Great for a road trip stop for the night. Pretty nice spread for breakfast too.

Friendly staff, sound breakfast, and clean bed. Property was generally well kept, but some areas were starting to show age.

Opt for the Suite. It's only a few dollars more and we'll worth it. Great breakfast. Reasonably priced for what you get. I'd highly recommend this motielier.
