Surprisingly good breakfast

It was a nice and clean hotel in a good location for a fair price. We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed on our way thru to go to the Safari Park, convenient location, very good staff nice and helpful. Good breakfast, comfortable beds. Only complaints would be our room seemed to not be cleaned before we arrived, it had dirty towels in the bathroom, and the tub was not clean at all. Also the smell of chlorine was unbearable to be able to stay in the pool area, it burned our little one’s eyes.

Personal dispuesto a ayudar. No es de lujo pero ofrece lo que necesitas para dormir comodo , desayunar y pasar un noche tranquila .

I was very pleased with the experience if I travel again I will definitely stay there or one of your other locations thank you for following up with me The room was very clean the staff was excellent

The morning breakfast was also below standard. Additionally, the in-room clothes iron had some issues and left stains on my shirt after use. Overall, these issues made our stay less enjoyable than expected.

Would be nice to know before I checked in that the pool is closed for maintenance. I picked that hotel because it had a pool. It was my little vacation with my kids and we were so excited to go to the pool but I guess this is not so important to inform your guests about it. I would probably pick different hotel for my next trip

This is an older hotel that needs some updates. Compared to newer Sleep Inns, it shows its age with worn carpet, paint, and an overall dated feel. It may appear less clean at first, but much of it seems to be normal wear rather than a housekeeping issue. The rooms are a little smaller, and the beds are firmer than the newer hotels with large fluffy mattresses. However, they were comfortable enough for my stay. The best part of this hotel is the location. It sits just above the busy Gatlinburg area, about a half-mile walk away. You get a nice mountain background view, and while there is some traffic noise, it is mostly peaceful. The pool area is great, with three sections: a jacuzzi, pool, and lazy river. There are only two innertubes available, so consider bringing your own. Breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, a waffle maker, fruit, cereal, and other cold options. The staff was friendly, and when I had an issue with my room, they took care of it immediately. Booking tip: The hotel is much cheaper Sunday through Thursday. If you are staying Friday and Saturday, check prices separately. I saved about $150 by doing this. The reason I lowered my rating is the lack of access control. Anyone can enter the hotel at any time, and I would have preferred some additional security measures. Overall, this is a good value hotel with a great location, friendly staff, and a fun
