Somewhat disappointed. Neither the room nor the breakfast were impressive.

My stay was extremely good, although very few of the staff spoke English I found the room to be clean and the breakfast lacked a little, overall my stay was nice.

Black mold in the bathroom

While our stay was pleasant overall, the bathroom in our room requires some attention. The door is quite difficult to shut and requires a firm push to close completely. Additionally, there are also noticeable gaps in the bathtub tiling that need repair, which doesn't quite match the quality you would expect from a 3-star property.

Hotel room was clean and ample space. Bed was very comfy and pillows were enough to keep my head and neck satisfied. Only downfall was the tv didn’t have an option to access apps- I would have liked to log in to my Hulu. Cable itself was okay- screen/shows were not clear - as in lines throughout but it didn’t have to do with the tv just the service itself. We frequently visit the area and this will be our go to when we stay overnight. Price was affordable and reasonable.

Room was clean, comfortable bed, crib was provided on request. Pool provided some great play time for kids. Breakfast could have been stepped up, eggs weren't done and cool, sausage also cool.

Parking was free so that's a big plus now a days.

Literally next door to VMI and Washington & Lee. We had a baseball tournament. 10 minute drive to anything. Place was great! Didn't get to try the breakfast but it looked solid. Coffee was good and the coffee bar was on when we checked in at 4 pm. Beds were good. Room was clean. Rooms were large. Would be easy to work in the room on your laptop. Microwave refrigerator and coffee pot. Large bathroom. Quiet. Ice machines worked (sorry to anyone I disturbed filling up ice buckets at 8 am). Elevators worked. Large lobby. Indoor pool. Fitness center. Only drawback was no bar at night.

Id stay there again

Wonderful pool and hot tub! Beds were super comfortable and room was huge! Loved this hotel and will stay again when traveling through the area.

Clean room, great staff, will stay there again. Room was a nice size.

Clean room. Breakfast need more choices

Not a bad place for a quick over night stay. But the rooms were a little dusty and the air conditioner wasn't cooling the room well. The breakfast was not the best and better breakfast at other hotels.

Breakfast was decent for a continental and was appreciated with how much travel we’ve been doing.

The bathroom was clean but needs updating. The toilet fan needs to be replaced. It almost doesn't start and when it does start it is very loud. The air conditioning controls did not work. I could not control the temperature or fan speed. I don't know if the control was broken or controlled by the Hotel. Regardless, I was hot all night and slept terribly.

Rooms were clean every day I can’t find anything to complain about
