Nice room. Good breakfast

Went to check in at check-in time and room was not available due to cleaning staff. We ended up switching from a single king room to a double queen just to keep from having to wait longer.

Convenient location from the interstate to stop for the night. Handicap accessible room was nice but shower was a little mildewed. Not a lot of options for breakfast and hot water dispenser did not work for tea.

Not much Staff not friendly, had kids playing in the hallway until 11pm, no parent supervision, and staff could have cared less

Helpful and polite staff, bathrooms are outdated, property needs maintenance. Ceiling was leaking right on us while we sat at the breakfast table. No cones or signs flagging the leak under missing ceiling tiles. Room ceiling had spider webs and window glass was dirty blocking the beautiful view

Room was great. Breakfast was adequate.

This hotel is older but in a good location. It was not in great condition. The room was spacious but the chairs were old and stained but fortunately the bathroom was clean, as were the sheets and towels. Carpeting throughout the building was visibly stained. The gym was a nightmare. They had a weight machine with a sign on it stating it was out of order. The treadmill clearly had a big tear in the belt but it did not have an out of order sign but it should have. We looked at the pool but did not use it. It appeared to be ok. The pool room was exceptionally hot.

The location to town. The common spaces were dirty. Moldy hot tub, mediocre breakfast.

The bathroom had black mold around the tub and the room didn’t get vacuumed during our 4 day stay but beds were made and towels were put in each morning. The coffee was good. Breakfast was very basic.
