Best Western Plus Inn at Hunt Ridge

Parking and breakfast and room size good. Comfortable bed but room and bathroom needed updating and a lingering smell in the bedroom which we couldn't identify.

It is a very convenient and nice place to stay as we show horses at the Virginia Horse Center.

Found bath sink was clogged, draining very slow after check in. Reception told us there will be no one to fix over the weekend.

Not impressed with this hotel. It should be a regular Best Western and not a "Plus." Bathroom was dirty with hair in it, permanent stains on the carpet, bathtub worn and not smooth surface. I was happy to get out of there. I wouldn't stay here again. The only nice touches I found were the filtered water in the lobby and a coffee machine 24/7 right off the lobby. Aside from this, I was generally disappointed. The housekeeping staff were very friendly in the hallways, but I can't say that my room was clean.

I loved the electric chargers!!! I loved how the pool was inside and outside!!! I love how breakfast has a little bit of everything The toilet over flowed and I when I tried to remove the top to stop the toilet from overflowing the top slipped and broke the bottom of the toliet bowl It was such a freak accident that started from a simple toliet overflow :( Thank god we were already leaving when it happened. The staff was amazing and didn’t make me feel bad. I really did like this property … and I do plan on using it again for when I go to the Warm Springs pools

Great room for the price but the room could use some freshening and updating.

The carpet in our room was stained and the sink would clog up. Other than that the room was fine, spacious.

Clean facility in the countryside close to restaurants and downtown Lexington. The pool was a bit overwhelmed with kids so we never got to try it. The breakfast area was small for such a large hotel and the tables were all full when we arrived. Additional seating was roped off and we thought we would have to move barriers. The staff didn’t seem aware that the room was overfull. We did get a table at the last second.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The front desk staff were amazing and so very hospitable and accommodating.

Noisy hotel, breakfast was below standards as far as hotels go, eggs were running, sausages cold. Ask for a late checkout, they didn’t even consider it, a stright up NO! We only wanted an hour..
