Room was comfrotable Staff is HORRIFIC! No-one in reception for more than 45 minutes on arrival. Not a person in site. A staff member finally arrived, checked in another customer and then told me "no, you have to wait for the guy who checks people in, we were fully booked and I am still cleaning rooms." She then continued for 15 minutes about how busy they are while she could have checked me in. The room was not vacuumed properly and still had allot of things around the garbage can and safe on the floor. I stayed 2 days, on the first morning (I was only checking out the next day) someone knocked LOUDLY on the door at about 8.30 am, I first ignored it and then after the third knock I got up to see who it was. As I walked to the door it started unlocking. I opened the door and a cleaner was shocked to see me in the room. I said I am only checking out the next day what it the problem. She just said "oh".... Who is NOT managing this hotel needs to be fired! It is pathetically run! No one to answer phones, no one to welcome guests at reception and not enough staff to get rooms clean quick enough. This hotel is going to go under if the owners do not do something about this place. Oh... and the Christmas decorations were still up in reception... it is almost June people!

Inside of hotel hallway had an odor of smoking, room bed covers were not the greatest but ok, parking fine, shops and eating nearby good.

Every other time I called the hotel I spoke with someone I could not understand. He had a very very thick accent. I'm usually pretty good with accents but his was just too thick. Then, I tried to change my arrangements through Expedia. But Expedia said they had to do it through the hotel. So they tried to call, but no one answered. When we finally got a hold of the hotel, the hotel said they couldn't do anything, Expedia had to do it. And sounds the merry-go-round I went. The manager of the hotel said that he would put a note in the account for the change and he told me what the price changed was and I agreed. Then, when I got there, I told the desk agent about the change and the price and everything. He said he knew, yet he charged my debit card the original amount for the stay!! Then when he got to the fourth room he was like, "oh, your card was declined." I was like, "how much are you charging my card??!! We had an arrangement!" Then when I spoke to the manager that made the arrangement with me he said that it was just an executive hold and the money would go back in my account as soon as the bank releases the money. So basically, the manager did not abide by there arrangements we made.

I accidentally booked the wrong hotel and called within 10 minutes to cancel. The front desk staff told me it would not be a problem to receive a refund, but that I needed to go through Booking.com since that’s where I made the reservation. I followed those instructions immediately, and Booking.com submitted the request to the property. Since then, it has been weeks of no response from the hotel. I’ve been told the manager would follow up, but no one has called or replied. Now I’m being told the room was “held,” which directly contradicts what I was told when I called right after booking. The lack of communication and accountability here is extremely unprofessional. A simple callback or response would go a long way, but being completely ignored after multiple attempts to resolve the issue is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others when booking here, especially if you need any kind of customer service or flexibility.

Arrived late at night, the staff on duty was extremely helpful in getting past the hotel dot com issues. And the bed was comfortable, I slept like a Bantu that night

It was a room. And they had an iron on request, but no ironing board. The room had all the amenities you would expect. It was fine and cheap The place was dirty, and it smelled bad. There was dirt and debris all over the carpeted floors and some of the doors were broken so there was only one way to get into the building. Also there were stains on the sheets but they didn't smell so I didn't complain. There was no ironing board to iron things. Also it's next to a very loud road so you are woken up at all hours due to the vehicular traffic.

Very good hotel, with lots of car parking and close to town thank you Nothing of note
-
Also, they have smoking rooms. This caused the hallway and all the rooms on my floor to stink. The only amenity is an ice machine.
-
Very dirty.
-
It smelled like sewage in the blankets, had blood on them

Right off of the interstate with nearby stores and strip mall, great value for the asking price, beds were decent and the rooms were clean. The ACs have a tendency to go out (not blowing cold air) and it went out twice during my recent stay. Thats about the only thing I didn't like.

I chose this hotel in part because of 24 hr check in and I knew I would have a late arrival. I arrived at 12:05 AM, nobody was at the front desk, and I saw a sign that said "be back in 30 min". I was yelling for someone and also called the front desk only to hear it ring. 20 minutes later the front desk person walks in with food. I told the front desk person I was not happy having to wait in the lobby for 20 minutes. She then told me I don't have to be a d**k about it and said my reservation was canceled. I said I am not leaving until she gives me a receipt with a zero balance since I paid and made reservation online. She then threatened to call the cops, I said please do because I am not leaving until I get my zeroed out receipt. She then gave me the receipt as I checked into another hotel down the road. Horrible staff and horrible experience!!! If you advertise 24 hr front desk, they should be taking food with them to work and not leaving the front desk empty with a sign while they go out to get food.
