Rooms were very clean staff were courteous and helpful

The night clerk checking is in was very nice No handle On bathroom door the main door had a crack in it to the room the wall has stains and the bathroom door has a questionable stain the n service at breakfast was very cranky and the food at 930 was cold

This stay was absolutely horrible!!! When you walked into the room the smell of musky wet mildew odor hit you in the face. It was horrible and the AC unit on didn’t help the situation. The room number was 312. We had a reservation for 2 nights and could not stay the 2nd night. We had to checkout early and find another place to stay bc there was no way we could stay in there any longer. One of the towels in the bathroom had brown rusty or blood stain on it. The beds were so uncomfortable. We had to go to the front desk probably 5 different times bc the key card would not open the room door. The elevator was like a sauna and so hot to be in. This stay was the worst I have had in a very long time.

Not very clean not horrible but older and not updated

Apparently their system didn't capture my reservation correctly so then they could only give me a handicap accessible room after accepting that room they proceeded to harass me the remainder of the night calling both room phone personal cell and banging on the door several times over. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone

Booked this hotel specifically for the office and printer amenities and all of those things were not available and not in working order. I went to the staff several days to ask if I would be able to use them and I told her they would be working on them, however not once was I able to use any of the office or printer services? I am traveling for work and that was one of the things that I called ahead before booking this and I was told that everything wasn’t working

Beds were soft. Bathroom sink drain ran very slow.

Staff were very friendly at check in. Room was clean and didn't have any weird smells or stains, would stop here again for sure

First room's shower curtain rod was broken; curtain couldn't keep shower water from splashing all over bathroom within seconds of being turned on. Replacement room had a better shower curtain rod but a tub that took 10 minutes to drain from each shower!
