Breakfast food not so great.

Location is very convenient. Customer service great, I can't complain about anything.

Clean room

The bathroom had pee on the toilet lid. The hot water didn’t last long. The air didn’t work well. And the tv kept losing signal and couldn’t watch the tv. Don’t think it was worth the cost of staying there.

Bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly; there was hair on the floor from a previous occupant. Towels also did not seemed properly cleaned. Air conditioner interrupted sleep all night. Will never be going back.

The place stunk bad

The lobby was clean and smelled great. The room wasn't the cleanest. The air conditioner had a smell when it came one but, probably from moisture.

Did not look at all like the pictures, had an awful smell as soon as we walked in. There was no staff in the building, had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up.

We were never able to get wifi, and the coffee pods were used. Which is ok considering that the accessory packs for coffee weren't refilled either. No cups either, but if that's the worst thing, everything else was pretty good. Multiple options for eating, if you need a quick snack there's vending machines with microwave meals

Clean and close to shopping/dining

The staff was friendly and the price was budget-conscious. However, there were lots of issues with overall cleanliness. The first room we were given hadn’t been cleaned at all (bed unmade, trash in the bins, towels used), and the second room clean in a rushed sense. The room needed a good vacuum, the ice bucket and keurig were dusty, the larger amenities were old/damaged… ironing board had huge stain, the curtain on the chain window treatment would get stuck, it was scratched. The towels were clean and soft though! I think the whole place is okay, but if it got a really good deep clean it would be great.

The gentleman that checked us in, was very polite. Made us feel welcomed! Bath tub wouldn't hold water for a bath. I was disappointed with that.

The entire place smells horrible when you walk in. The staff do not clean up after other guests, the breakfast area in the morning was so disgusting we didn’t hardly grab anything. The bathroom shower head literally only came up to my chest.there was old hair tangled up in the sink. The beds were rock solid and I wouldn’t even say they give you a blanket. It was nasty.

There were dead bugs in the window, screen was cut, TV box was on the ground behind the stand that was pulled out with trash on the floor. We had to take of the pillow cases looked like they were newly stained, and the coffee pot didn't work.

Receptionist couldnt be bothered to

The room was absolutely horrible. Dirty floors, didn't look vacuumed. Bathtub and toilet had hair on them. One bed had a stained cover. The air conditioner did not work very well. The room was very humid. The room looked nothing like the pictures. We left 30 minutes after checking in. I went to the desk to talk to the person that checked us in. He was gone. Left a note that he would be back later. Just awful

The fact you let our rowdy bunch stay in the breakfast area even with us being a little loud. The tub was super slick. Need a bath mat. Our bathroom light didn't stay on when I was in the shower. Room 211

The bad: The room had pieces of food underneath the desk area from the previous customers. The refrigerator was moldy and did not work. The DirectTV would not work until I figured out the light switch had to be on. Breakfast was disappointing (no protein).
