It would be worth a little more to find a better place.

Everything was good except for the bed. It's set on a frame that is about a third the size of the mattress and so the sides, front and back are hanging over the small frame. Very uncomfortable.

The whole room smelled of mildew and mold. It made me and my family sick. It got worse overnight. Do not recommend.

The room has mold and needs cleaning

The staff were nice and accommodating. The location was close to lots of restaurants. There were several places in the room that didn't seem to have been cleaned in several visits. The bathroom didn't have a working fan so the condensation from the shower got into the rest of the room and fogged up the TV and microwave in the room. There are only 3 lamps that make up the lighting in the room, 1 lamp wasn't plugged in or near a plug in, the second lamp only one side worked.

size and layout of the room was nice and decent amount of channels to watch They could not find my reservation at first asked if I really had one even though I prebooked online. Then came outside and watched from the door as I unloaded my car. Never mentioned what was available for breakfast or the hours or that there was WIFI. There was a spider in the bathroom. Our mattress liner had a hole in it and we never got maid service. When I went down and asked for towels I had the follow the guy downstairs to a laundry room instead of just sending them to me. Also had an issue with the air conditioner which caused the smoke detector to go off. Nobody called or came by to check on us and the unit continued to blink the whole time we were there.

Clean room

The door looked like it was kicked in and it was very hard to open the door. I got locked out because my key was turned off and I paid for two nights! The microwave would not heat my food, the air conditioning was on a sensor and kept shutting off. Which kept the room hot. The guy at the counter stayed on his phone and would say to you what do you want? Instead of how may I help you. The lights in the bathroom was on a timer as well and it would shut off. I told the clerk and he did not relay the message and thought they should have moved me into another room. The customer service was horrible! Breakfast was dry, and looked like it’s been out a long time .

The coffee was good. I liked the yogurt and orange juice option. Eggs were bland, the jelly for the biscuit was old and would not spread. Ketchup pouch was old and watery.

Nice room, towels fluffy, shower was great, breakfast was adequate

Checking in to the hotel was super easy and quick. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. The downstairs of the hotel seemed nice and clean. The room however was a different story. There was stuff all over the floor. Including but not limited to toe nail clipping, pubes, and crumbs. The bed was not comfortable and they gave us 2 pillows that went flat. The bathroom had hair on the walls of the tub and on the toilet. I didn’t complain because I just needed a place to sleep. But we were sure to spend minimal time in the room.

Located in the liberty triangle. Nice location. Decently clean and quiet Upon checking in we were told that they weren’t going to be doing breakfast because they would be too busy but we could have coffee and then the ice machine didn’t work either.

The lobby was heavily perfumed with artificially fraganced air freshener. It was so strong that it gave me a headache within minutes. The pet friendly room was not people friendly. Of course it had a strong pet odor, however whatever was used to try to mask the smell was nauseating.

It was located near the places I had to be Check in was a little long. Door didn’t open easy to room

Breakfast was pretty much cleared out of food 40 minutes before the ending time, with no one nearby to ask if there could be any replenishment. Also, Fox News was blaring on the TV day and night in the lobby.

Room walls and carpet were dirty. Always wear shoes or your feet will be filthy and breakfast was never ready at 6 and when breakfast was ready around 8:30-9 it was very disappointing. I booked this hotel specifically for breakfast and was disappointed. Lacked table or a bedside table space on one side of the bed. Staff didn't appear very approachable.

I booked this hotel because of the name of the hotel brand. The reviews online were very misleading. It was gross. It smelled bad. The AC was old and musty smelling. The staff was rude. The sheets were stained. The TVs didn’t work. The light switches didn’t work. The breakfast was not even edible. I’ll never be back.

We didn’t stay for long. It was a late night choice to stop. The hotel is old and seemed a little sketchy. We however had a nice rest. We missed breakfast so can’t comment on that. Check in was simple.
