Baymont by Wyndham Liberty MO

Breakfast was pretty much cleared out of food 40 minutes before the ending time, with no one nearby to ask if there could be any replenishment. Also, Fox News was blaring on the TV day and night in the lobby.

I booked this hotel because of the name of the hotel brand. The reviews online were very misleading. It was gross. It smelled bad. The AC was old and musty smelling. The staff was rude. The sheets were stained. The TVs didn’t work. The light switches didn’t work. The breakfast was not even edible. I’ll never be back.

We didn’t stay for long. It was a late night choice to stop. The hotel is old and seemed a little sketchy. We however had a nice rest. We missed breakfast so can’t comment on that. Check in was simple.

There was a huge mold growth and mildew all over the ceiling in the bathroom. Also the front desk staff told us breakfast was till 10 so went down at 9:40 and it actually ended at 9am so I was upset that I had to shell out more money for breakfast that should have been included. I also had small children in a rental car and I had already cleaned the car out in preparation for dropping it off after we checked out so I had to scout out a park too to attempt to keep the car clean. Such a huge inconvenience of my morning and won’t stay at this chain again.

Continently located

My room was clean and cool. Hallways were clean. Breakfast looked like it was great, had many options. We were very happy with all of that. Thank you I understand for the price that we paid the outside of hotel needs major updating. The front desk was a big eye-sore, looked like storage room. Very unappealing. Shower had no pressure, couldn’t take shower.

Understanding that this is a 2 star hotel/motel feel...there were stains on our blankets, and my 5yr old found used ear plugs on the floor by the bed. The shower was a bit difficult as the shower head sits down very low...my 13yr old daughter, my husband, and I all had to bend down to wash our hair. While we weren't expecting a high end experience, and we were really only there to sleep, we likely will stay elsewhere next time we are in the area.

The AC unit was noisy when turning on and off. The bathroom light came on automatically as I got up to pee. It turned off when I was showering. No grab bars in the tub area. The tub was slick and hair in the drain. The bed was uncomfortable.. You get what you pay for. In this case, a lower cost motel.

Although room was clean this was the only thing going for hotel. Refrigerator and clock in room not working. Room smelled and felt damp. Bathroom tub and shower in need of repair. No food at breakfast even though only 7:30. Hotel clerk visiting with friend on couch instead of stocking foods. Water cooler also not working. This is an older property in need of a few adjustments to improve it.

This place was absolutely disgusting.

Great location with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby

When we arrived for the FIFA world cup Soccer game very early we were allowed to at least get our room key before it was even clean so that we could and come back after the game... The reservation wasn't held correctly and he tried to up charge a hundred dollars for the room which we refused... However, in the end, he said he would waive any extra fees and we paid what we booked it for... Overall , it was a decent place to sleep.... hallways and common areas were a bit dirty.... Put overall, not bad if you just looking for a place to lay your head after a long day

The refrigerator in our room was turned up to the max and wasn’t cold or working. It had a puddle of water where the ice was. The room wasn’t very clean at all. The furniture didn’t even look wiped down. As for breakfast, there wasn’t anything to choose from at 8:30. There wasn’t even any more batter for waffles. Very poor experience for the inflated price.

Location was in a central place for food and shopping within walking distance and not too far from Liberty College. The bedding easily comes off while sleeping. Although frustrating, it’s not a deal breaker.

Location is very convenient. Customer service great, I can't complain about anything.

I accidentally left my hearing aid re-charged in the room and didn’t realize it until the following day when we were already 400 miles away. The staff found it and will be returning it to me. Very thankful to them.

Clean room

The bathroom had pee on the toilet lid. The hot water didn’t last long. The air didn’t work well. And the tv kept losing signal and couldn’t watch the tv. Don’t think it was worth the cost of staying there.

The property was conveniently located and a good value. Room was clean and maintained nicely. The tub was a bit slippery while taking a shower. And the split level with stairs going up and down to the two lower floors.
