Best Western Premier Liberty Inn & Suites

Our rooms were double booked when we arrived. They tried to give us 1 king suite with a pull out couch instead of 2 rooms with 2 queen beds per room, which is not acceptable for four grown men after we already paid over $500 for the rooms. Receptionist was overwhelmed easily and struggled to find a solution. Once they found two rooms for us the sheets were wet and there were no shades/blinds for the windows in either rooms. Water pressure for the sink was inadequate. Quality of breakfast was also poor. Not worth the amount of money we paid.

The hotel at first glance looked really nice, but it was definitely lacking in various areas. Check-in was extremely difficult and took much longer than it should have. This was very frustrating after traveling for 10 hours and the fact that the room was already paid for prior to my arrival. The pool was closed due to "chemicals needing to be balanced". This was unfortunate, given that the pool was the selling factor for us and my kids were really looking forward to it. The ice machines were broken and we had to go to 3 different floors before finding one that was in order. The air conditioning seemed to be off or not working in the halls of 2 of the floors and they were very warm and humid. Everything in our room felt very damp and smelled musty and moldy. It was so bad, we had to crack the window open. There were a lot of breakfast options and it was close to the highway which was nice, but I would not stay here again.

The location of the hotel was great, lots of stores, restaurants (we loved King's Indian Cuisine) and gas stations in the surrounding area. Also only a 15 to 20 minute drive outside of KC. The room was very clean, the staff was very friendly. We had no problem with parking. The only real issue we had was concerning the jetted tub and the surrounding area. First and foremost the tile on the ground outside of the tub on the faucet side is completely unsealed from the ground and if you step closer to the tub the tile actually lifts up on the other side and you can rock it back and forth. Secondly, the tile stairs leading up to get into the bath look nice and made it easy to get into the tub, but when your feet are wet, even with the railing, getting out is a bit of a precarious situation. And finally, no matter what we did, we could not get the Jets to turn on. We got the control panel on the tub to light up but the only thing that would actually work were the lights inside the tub. We tried explaining it to the staff member on our first night, and while she was super sweet, it did not seem like she was understanding what we were talking about. We addressed it with a different staff member the morning we checked out. They apologized but didn't really offer any compensation for loss of the amenity. Overall it was a good stay, 4/5

Excellent hotel that we will gladly stay at again! Breakfast was fantastic with tons of options, clean comfy rooms, friendly staff. 10/10

It was all. Eye very good. The only disappointment was the chemicals in the pool were off balance. Hence it could not be used.

Nice staff and clean rooms!

The room was clean and well laid out and furnished. I appreciated the water filter in the bathroom. Breakfast was great and the dining area was well kept. The only issue is that the pool was closed the second night as they were waiting on someone to come fix something. This was the main reason for booking this hotel as it is a very hot time of the year. At least my kid got to swim and use the water slide on the first night. I would stay here again, just really hope that the pool is open the whole time.

We loved the pool, it was the best part of our stay! There is no restaurant on site, but there is a bar. There were long waits to get help from the front desk (or to be checked in) because there was just one front desk person that manages everything. It's a nice hotel very conveniently located!

Breakfast was good and the rooms were nice

We were bummed we went for breakfast at 6 sat for 15 minutes and still never opened so we had to go eat elsewhere to make Baseball on time.

I loved how friendly the staff was. The only negative was bliwn fuses. The ground fault in the bathroom needed reset constantly and the TV and light fuse needed ti be reset by staff

In fact, we didn’t stay the night (but had been booked for two).

Will never stay there again. Management was awful. Room was not ready, jacuzzi in room didn’t work, pool closed no breakfast on Sunday.

Everything didn't go to plan but overall was a good experience
