I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. My prepaid reservation was cancelled when I informed them that was coming in a day later. Upon arrival, they made me pay once again even after they cancelled my initial reservation. I travelled from Toronto to Kansas to have a once in a lifetime world cup experience but turned out to be a nightmare due to their poor management and customer service.

We stay here often when in the area and enjoy the niceness of the place. Good breakfast too.

Issue at check in that took 40 minutes to resolve. Could not get a hold of front desk staff when needed.

But…A lot of street noise. Tried to plug a hairdryer in and it blew a fuse, the whole room went dark… We would go back, would just request a non-street facing room.

For the price, I thought the rooms would be much nicer, but it was probably only worth 125/night if you ask me.

I wish you didn't have to pay for the hydro massage chair. And I felt like the pool could of been better. But we were there while alot of other people/kids were there so the pool was very crowded.

No hot water, power kept going out in my room, cheap cardio machine in workout room and had a five night stay and had to ask the front desk three times to have my room serviced. Overall not booking with best western again !

Water was barely warm enough to shower with, power kept going out in my room, washing machine was not working, cardio equipment was sub par, stayed 5 nights and had to ask three separate times to have my room serviced. Night staff was feckless !
