Best Western Premier Liberty Inn & Suites

Booked a jetted tub suite. The 2 rooms they had....1 was out of service, the other 1 was already booked. They offered a $50 credit which I never received. I overpaid for a room I didn't receive. Mold also in shower. Front desk night clerk, super rude and not helpful whatsoever. Kept telling me they just didn't have the type of room I requested and offered no solution.

What I appreciate about Holiday Inn Express hotels is that they are consistent across the U.S. and always clean, with good WiFi, good breakfast, and complimentary parking.

Our bathrooms were filthy, they still had spilled soap and stuff from last guest in the bathtubs. Were given cleaner to clean them. Not offered new rooms.

Side note. For the staff. Something saying the channel numbers would be helpful. It takes forever to scroll to find what I’m looking for. I’d rather read a sheet and know what channel is what so i can type in the number.

Veronica the front desk lady had checked our room into somebody else after saying I didn’t have a reservation then had another random guest bring me a key and said she only used the bathroom? Not sure what’s going on in there but it’s super fishy getting a used room after being told I was wrong

Had a great stay at this hotel

The staff were extremely helpful and polite and positive. Went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. We plan on staying again in a year if we can make it happen

Beautiful property easy access from highway lots of parking space, staff was very friendly & acknowledged every guest breakfast was good room was clean bed was comfortable

Very impressive suite and had a very peaceful stay! Hospitality was good and a very friendly staff! I definitely will be staying there again in the future!

Great location close to everything. Nice and clean, we were welcomed by a very nice attendant. Sorry I didn't catch her name. Blonde hair and had some tattoos. She was the best. She helped us with the water massage chairs which were a great touch to the hotel. Room was nice, clean and very cool. Temps were in the 100's so nice to have a super cool room. The only thing I would have changed was it was on the backside of the elevators. A little noisy at times but can't help other guests inability to be a little quieter in the hallways. My brother lives in KC so we'll definitely be back to Best Western in Liberty!

Check in was terrible. The front desk lady was talking on speaker phone, on a personal call, the entire time she checked me in. It was rude & disrespectful. Then we got to our room. & there were signs that the room wasn't cleaned well. There was black debris all over one night stand. We asked for a new room & we appreciated that. After we moved rooms, we discovered we didn't have black out curtains. The shower wasn't particularly clean. The fridges were tiny & the freezer was basically non existent.

Bad

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Everything was great but the I did experience power outed in my room and the water in the sink in the bathroom really never got warm or hot. But other than that I loved the facility and location.

This place is gross and they don’t clean it properly and there was hair left in the shower and it smells and it’s shady and everyone there sucks!

Nice hotel, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Good selection for breakfast. There is a full stocked bar but was told staff are unable to serve cocktails

This is consistently a great stay. Staff such as Shauna at check-in and out along with ladies who set up breakfast are exceptional.
