When arriving we had to buzz a couple times before getting let in to check into the hotel. As I was getting on the elevator, the front desk noticed that “maybe our room was already occupied”. I got off the elevator and he had to make a call. He double checked and no, it was just that someone didn’t pull out the room reservation from the previous guest. We were still in good humor but exhausted. We finally got into the room and noted nearly everything was unplugged. Had to plug in the lights etc. Room felt clean, roomy and lots of plugs in. So we had to question why someone would unplug in the first place or why cleaning wouldn’t have reset the room? Upon getting into the bed, we sunk into the mattress so far that using the pillow actually hurt our necks. Sleeping was difficult, with the mattress but also you could easily hear other guests. Woke up packed up our stuff and went downstairs. Breakfast was a part of the cost and why we chose the hotel with our stay. When we came down we brought our luggage to save a trip back upstairs, we planned to load up our luggage and check out prior to having breakfast, but nothing was set out, not even coffee. We asked the front desk where’s breakfast? He said the truck hadn’t come yet. No comp offered. So we left and had to find breakfast before moving into the next destination. Definatly wouldn’t recommend.

Terrible. for breakfast no coffee almost nothing on the counter to eat disappointed and staff didn’t care. So careless in giving answers when asked about the coffee “we just don’t have any sorry “ “ our coffee maker doesn’t work “ Bathroom on lobby out of order overall very disappointed

Bo coffee or breakfast until 7am. This is too late for people who have an early schedule to keep.

The "breakfast", if you want to call it that, was not acceptable. Food was not good, no coffee at all.

Advertised breakfast and it was pretty much non existent

The shower broken. Only works on how water all the way up. No cold or regular temp at all! And the maintenance guy will come to check it the following day even though it’s barely at 3:30pm. The staff is too lazy,won’t even let me do early check in at 1pm or 2pm. The breakfast is only 2 hours from 7am-9am. What a joke.

It was a clean room for the night but don’t expect much beyond that. No staff at the front desk to check-in or check-out. A sign with a number to call that is the hotel number and it goes to voicemail. Breakfast was coffee and a store chocolate muffin. The elevator was broken.

They advertise the breakfast and at the desk told us there wood be sausage , egg and cheese muffins and for the money you're paying to stay and not have them made available is rediculous. Especially during FIFA event and have international people staying there.

They should not advertise that they serve breakfast. The milk was in a jug with a milk ring an inch above the level of the milk. No toast. No Danish or donuts. Only one choice of muffins--blueberry. No attendant to ask for help. They had an open bag of Jimmy Dean breakfast bites that may have been left over from something a staff member had for breakfast. The room was fine. Hallway could have been cleaner.

Bathroom sink was clogged and drained very slowly making it difficult wash your hands or brush your teeth. Bath tub looked dirty and the shower curtain had orange slime/mold on the bottom of it, so we elected to not take a shower. Carpet needed a vacuum.

Next morning breakfast was to be 7-9am. Went done at 7:30am….. nothing. Then someone came out with watered down coffee and a small basket of older pkg muffins. Milk had an old ring around carafe and smelled. Few containers of packaged cereal. No bread even for toast. Felt it would have been better to not say breakfast included. Expensive for no breakfast. If I’d get a good deal on rate, would definitely stay for comfortable beds. Other than that not interested. Would not take much to fix dirt and breakfast.

Not much for breakfast, but we made do. It worked out just fine for a one night stay.

Stopped in for a quick overnight. Had to start our day before breakfast was available ,but the room accommodated the needs we had.

Worthless cheaters who canceled my reservation without any update even though I made a reservation 15 days in advance with advance payment. Only good thing, I got my money back but after driving over 10hours and just wanting to hit the bed tired, you don't want to rely on these kind of things late unreliable hotels.

we stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago and we were pleased with the whole experience. This stay was not as good as the last. The satellite tv was a bust. No channel had a picture that was uninterrupted by pixelation continuously. The TV went into "setup" mode every time it was turned on. Went down to breakfast at 7:45 for a 7:00 am breakfast start and the galley was not prepared. The hotel employee was loud and yelling "SORRY" at all the guests as she blamed the night employee for not preparing the breakfast. Any conversation had by the few guests that were in the lobby at the time were interrupted by her loud proclamations that this wasn't her fault. We could not hear our own conversation, so we took our coffee and went up to our room. We will not be staying here again.

For a budget hotel, this was a great experience. The desk clerk Ashley was very knowledgeable and helpful. The location was perfect and the room rate was about half of the room rated for the two hotels (Home2 and Best Western) on either side of this one. The workout room was well-cooled and had a treadmill, an exercise bike, a lot of free weights, and a multi-purpose weight machine. My room was clean and did not have an overpowering smell of cleaning products as some hotel chains do. The towels were thicker than many budget hotels. The halls and elevator were clean.
