TownePlace Suites by Marriott Kansas City Liberty

This wasn’t my first time staying here and it was always nice and friendly staff, but I’ve never experienced this before so it was very off to me !!

Great breakfast and the team was so helpful

We came for the FIFA World Cup game and really enjoyed our stay at Towne Place. The staff were kind and informative about where to check out. The room was clean and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast!

All around great place love staying there!

Not sure why I chose to stay at a Marriott - seem to be low on choices in the last two I stayed at - no liquid creamer for coffee, but thankful for breakfast; no hot tub. No staff available when we arrived. Have a fee with no explanation.

Excellent rate and location

gym was really nice, only complaint was they guy working breakfast wasn't so friendly.

Very helpful staff and rooms were clean. No issues during our stay. Breakfast was regular buffet and I felt the items were more fresh in most locations I have seen before. Highly recommend.

Comfort, convenience, crystal clean, excellent staff. Definitely will be a repeat accommodation when next in KC. Excellent in every way.

Nice clean room. As soon as you entered you could smell the cleanliness. Plenty of towels. Quiet, didn’t hear any noise in the hallway. Friendly staff. Breakfast had a good variety to choose from. Definitely would stay here again.

Very accommodating to get our rooms close together and early check in.

We reserved a king room, was given a queen. The room smelled of stale cigarettes permeated our clothes, and we had no lock on our door. Not a very pleasurable experience.
