the employees were very friendly and the room was very clean. liked staying here as we had no issues and the proximity to eating and shopping’s. Stayed there to be close to stadium to watch a world cup natch and would stay there in the future.

I stayed for an event in downtown Liberty and it was a fabulous experience. I ate at the Red Door and had a great experience there as well. Downtown Liberty was more than I imagined. I love a community that supports small businesses and families in the marketplace. What a wonderful community.

Convenient location and friendly staff.

Bed was comfortable. They had the yogurt I like for breakfast -- high-protein option. The tube/shower drain did not drain. Public spaces seemed run-down.

Pleasant stay but there were a lot of hairs in the bathroom with one on the toilet lid. Thats all.

Mattress was worn out.

This is our second time staying with Holiday Inn Express and it was wonderful. The staff is very kind and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast is great. no

Clean room great breakfast

It was very spacious for my family of 6. There was great amenities & amazing breakfast. Room was cleaned efficiently.

Location, was on our way home back to Minnesota When we arrived at our room, my wife went to use the bathroom and the toilet wouldn't flush. I called the front desk and they said I could change rooms. After 10 hours on the road I did not feel like packing up everything we just unpacked. She said I could come down and try a plunger. Trip to the desk at 11:30 at night. The plunger worked. I asked if I could get 11;30 pm (snowstorm) plumber wages. She laughed. I asked for the manager at check out the next day. She doesn't come in till 10 was the reply. And the front desk clerk was not very cordial. I asked for a phone call when she arrived. I got a voice mail the next day. As of today April 10th nothing has been done to compensate for the inconvenience.

Well-kept, quiet, friendly staff

It was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. We had to lay an additional $25 dollar deposit when we arrived to the property that was not listed on our booking information.

Me and my sister was very pleased with the location and when we are in the area again we will be booking with them. Thanks to the entire team
