The staff was very friendly. The place is clean. The rooms are in need of overhaul. The mattresses are awful. The shower didn’t work properly. Just overall not what I expect from Holiday Inn

Great, clean, and easy to get in and out of, it’s 5minutes from a QT as well.

THE LOBBY WAS AWFUL, VERY PLAIN AND UNWELCOMING, THE WHOLE HOTEL IS IN NEED OF AN UPDATE! NO BATHTUB IN MY ROOM WHICH I SORELY NEEDED.

We come to Kansas City a couple of times every year to watch the Royals. This is our go to hotel. It's away from the stadium, but not too far, excellent community with allot of shops and restaurants. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is free. It's the best free breakfast I have seen in my travels in the area. We will return.

My family and I have stayed at this location before. It’s close to a variety of shopping and easy access from the freeway. The rooms are comfortable and accommodating for our family of five. We also enjoy the fresh ground and brewed coffee and the delicious warm breakfast options.

It was an older property but was clean. In a good location. The breakfast was decent. The shower was nice but the beds weren’t great but I would stay there again if ever in Kansas City.
