The breakfast was terrible. We were told when we checked in that breakfast was 7-10am (we were staying on a weekend) however when we went down the sign said 7-930. We went to breakfast at 9. They were completely out of hot food, coffee, milk, there was no hot water to make oatmeal. The only thing they had was the waffle machine and some bagels and pastries. I asked the staff if they were making more food and she replied that they stop cooking at 9. I was shocked by this because the place was very busy and we were by far not the last people to “attempt” breakfast. The staff indicated that this was not her normal job and she was covering for someone and that’s just what she was told. I assumed this was maybe just an off day for them however the next day when we went down around 9 again, same thing except this time they did have coffee. I understand if you indicate you stop serving at 930 that you would stop cooking at 9 but at 9 you should make sure that the hot food is topped off. With there being no hot food at all at 9 tells me you stopped cooking long before 9.

Everything was great. We were down there for a concert which was my daughter’s first and the staff was engaging about it checking in and then asked her about it checking out! Will stay here again!
-
Clean room Run down. Came to breakfast and tables coffee station needed to be cleaned.
-
The lady at the front desk was great! The carpet should be replaced and out bathroom door had a hole in it.
-

-

Because of a family situation, it was 11p.m. that arrived at the hotel. There check-out time is 12 p.m. They let me extend my check-out time to 2 p.m. 🤗

The hot tub was broken so we could not use it as we had hoped. The consider in the shower was supposed to be attached to the wall but was not and sitting on the tub with screws sticking out. We never got to breakfast because it ended at 9 while other places it ends at 10.

Room service took a bag (probably thought it was trash) of belongings in it
-
Needs major remodeling. Check in was horrible. Needs more professional staff at front desk. Shower did not work and shower curtin was hard to close due to a used wash cloth tangled in it. Also shower head had mildew, probably why it wouldn't work.

The pool was closed by inspectors. Everything else was excellent for the price

Arrived and they said that they were overbooked and had no rooms. Explained we paid already for 2 nights. After a few minutes they found us a room. Wallpaper was peeling off walls. Toilet, once flushed took at least an hour to fill back up unless you used a garbage can and too water out of the tub to pour in the back. You could take a bath by the time you finished your shower. Checked it out and a bandage was in the drain and it was dirty with other stuff. Breakfast was good and staff were nice but seemed frustrated

Staff was excellent. Courtyard outside was very nice to relax. Breakfast was basic but good. Gym was ok. Location was excellent Hot tub was closed most of the time during our stay, which is why we chose the hotel to begin with. The city of Liberty shut the pool/hottub down, which you have to wonder how they maintain it. The room was smallish but the bathroom was a ridiculously small setup.
