Staff is great, but the rooms are not very well maintained, clogged shower drain, gap in the door, so you can hear everything in the hallway, and the walls feel paper thin you can hear what the person in the next room is doing

We were kicked out during escape from domestic violence and told we had to vacate. They refused to give money back. Staff were outside smoking/drinking with other travellers. They were so rude and disrespectful. The room was left clean, I have video of the way it was left. I’ve never felt so disrespected. The manager refused to give us our money back. This place sucks. They had no amenities, $50 pan packs, and favourites. Do NOT stay here.

It was available on short notice The room was cold and damp. The window had blinds and no curtains. Very bright in the room even with the light off. Also the traffic noise was crazy!

lots of people walking around the hallways in pajamas, I thought I was in Walmart

Upstairs tenant stayed up all night pacing the floor both nights. No sleep so I had to check out early.

Blinds in room didn’t keep light out of room made it hard to sleep towels where dingy some dirty didn’t use.
