Everything was great / awesome location

Saw poop on pool deck when we got to there. It’s a shame that guests take no pride and left there. Notified the front desk and the gentleman came to clean it up. Made that evening swimming not pleasant for the kids.

Rooms are always super clean, beds are comfortable, and bathroom is always spotless. Elevators and lobby are always spotless and welcoming, and the staff never fails to greet you. Breakfast is my favorite part. There are plenty of options, with the scrambled eggs and sausage always being my favorite. But if you want something lighter, there are plenty of options. Best part for us? Everything is within walking distance— including ice cream right across the street every night! This is our go to place in the white mountains, and will be for a long time to come.

The room was clean. There appeared to be a broken room card in the slot that you are supposed to use to turn the overhead lights on in the room so I did not use the overhead lights. The fridge was also not working. Otherwise, the stay was fine.

Room was nice, clean, well stocked. Only problem we had was the pillows absolutely sucked, so flat, very uncomfortable.

This is our go to spot for our trips to Lincoln. Conveniently located and it always meets our expectations.

I was on a schedule to leave so I had to bypass the shower. I reported it at check out and requested a credit on my bill and was told by the person behind the desk that the manager would call me and a credit would be arranged. Three days have gone by and no one has called me. Don’t stay here if you will need a warm shower at any point or just plain hot water.

Breakfast is really good. Very clean The bathtub was slippery. If not careful, falling down would happen. The bed was kind of old. Not cool to sleep on it.

The room was awesome - big shower, comfortable bed. The breakfast was great overall. However, the Denver omellette for 3 days in a row was a bit much. It would be best to have scrambled eggs as they acomdate most people.

Facility was clean. Felt like new. Great hot breakfast, well stocked. Staff professional, courteous, and nice.

Very clear that the manager goes out of her way to be helpful - and the staff have learnt that approach as well. Not sure how old the hotel is but it feels very new. Room was big (king size bed) and had lots of drawer space with a small wardrobe for hanging (look behind the sliding door for the en suite). There's a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Standard breakfast included with a reasonable selection. Hotel had a fitness centre and pool (didn't use either) and is pet friendly. Definitely recommend - the only downside is they don't have anywhere to store luggage. But for most this won't be a problem - I don't think many non-drivers head up here.

Unfortunately there was no hot water in the morning due to some issue!
