One of my favorite places to stay in Lincoln during the winter. The creekside homes for are just perfect and the views with the fireplace are life lasting memories. It's not a 5 star hotel and it's not that I don't like it it's just here noted for others. There's not really much that I don't like about this hotel. The apartment homes on the water are simply Serene during the winter or fall, with the rooms that have fireplaces makes this day just that much nicer. And the fact that it's not a five-star or four star hotel means pomp and circumstance is left at the door. And as someone who enjoys a five-star hotel more than anything the relaxed nature of this facility and grounds is just something that is needed every once in awhile to keep me grounded.

The walls were so thin we could hear everyone's conversations on either side of us like they were in the room with us.

My family has been coming here for the last few years for Christmas. We love the stovetop that allows us to cook a nice meal. This year my car wouldn't start twice due to the cold and a wonderful woman. who works there (didn't catch her name) came to the rescue both times to jump it.

The motel room was clean, well appointed with good WiFi and easy access. The bed was comfortable. The location is good, and the text communication with management was very good. The room was tiny. It was sufficient for one night for a couple, but not for more nights. The small size of the room was not clear when I made the reservation and ultimately made it feel like it was not a good value.

We were impressed by how much was included in this queen studio room. It was not a large room but it was perfect for our needs. Windows buffered sound pretty well and the A/C unit kept a constant motor noise and also had a fan setting which we used for white noise. As light sleepers, this was delightful. There was an audible dripping noise somewhere in the system which we only noticed on our last night because it was cooler and we didn't turn on the A/C or fan. It was not from any of the taps nor toilet or shower so we opted to turn the fan on low to resolve matters. On the information front, FAQ instructions need updating. For example, info about entering our room mentioned exterior deadbolts that were not present and did not say that you need to press the Schlage button before entering your room code. Neither of these were deal breakers. Although not an issue for us, the bathroom is quite compact so if you are claustrophobic or require additional space around the toilet then this studio room may not be for you.

Vacasa was a terrible experience to deal with. Because of this, I will not be using booking.com again. Also, other guests have experienced the same bad service. Also, talking to other hotels management, they expressed the same level of disatification with Vacasa. My experience has taught me to go directly with the hotel instead of your booking company and others like yours.
