Liked the location and being able to check in early There were little bugs flying around the room, I think because being so close to the stream behind the room.

Very nice and clean and all you need. They even left spare toothbrushes and razors in case you forgot them. Walking distance to the brewery. Liked it all.

Room was clean, bed comfortable All necessary amenities provided in the bathroom Location just at the beginning of the famous Kancamagus Highway, close to numerous hiking trails in the White Mountains, quiet area Very friendly staff The most important downside of this accommodation was repelling smell of sewage and urine in the bathroom strong enough to feel it in the room with doors closed In the room you also feel a light smell of mould In the room there were only two hooks to hang your clothes and the room was rather small to accommodate your bags for two people scattered over the floor

Location was perfect. Overall everything was the best you could ask for.

Renovation of a motel so well done. Easy self -check in, awesome owners communicated well, helpful with a request. No AC to make white noise.

Hosts Bert and Maritza were very welcoming. The room was very neat. The shower was hot. Easy check in and out.the pool area looked very spacious, clean and the covered area with nice patio furniture was a great place to wind down after a day out and about. Bed was not very comfortable. There were no flat places to put things. Lived out of the suitcases.

Did not expect such a modern interior from the outside. Photos didn’t lie. Comfy spot with a burbling river outside. Lots of food options within walking distance. Lovely stay!

Decent location Forgot to add to my last review .. I was in a no smoking room and the smell of old smoke was very off putting.. I had to keep window open all night with only a flat sheet to sleep, no comforter, constantly turning up the heat..

It is near shoos, restaurants and the Lafayette Dinner Train which we had booked. The room was clean, shower was great and Maritza and Bert, who manage the property were delightful. We had been overcharged by Booking.com $50/night. Maritza contacted the owner and quickly organized a refund .

We had a great day from the time we arrived. We’ve stayed there before, but this time was exceptional.. Bart was running around, making sure that everything was perfect. The little candy jar was a nice touch in the room making us feel welcome.. There was also a personalized card thanking us for staying.. the tunes at the pool set the vibe. It was an all-around excellence day. I recommend everyone do the same. We will definitely be back.
