Spacious room

The outdoor hot tub was perfect and the restaurants were excellent. We loved our stay.

Very clean room, staff was great!

Nice clean property. Pool was clean and water temperature was nice. However we had to ask and then wait for the fire pit to be lit in the evening, the card key access for the pool area was not working one afternoon, and the power went out for about 20 minutes around 6:30 am one day when we were trying to get ready to head out for a planned activity. When I called the front desk about it they said it was a planned outage, which would have been nice to know. Overall, it was nice and I would stay again, there were just those few hiccups.

Wonderful stay though it was only for 1 night. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was maintained, clean and quite large. The grounds were beautiful the jacuzzi was nice and spacious beautiful views. We will be coming back if we plan a ski trip in winter!

Very convenient close to everything.

Our family loves the riverwalk but unfortunately the room next door snuck two large dogs into the resort that barked the majority of our stay. We contacted Amy the manager and she couldn’t even be bothered to call me back.

Lousy coffee and TV did not work

The grounds were just beautiful. Loved the pool area and the vineyard with walking path. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Loved our stay there.

We had a wonderful stay at Riverwalk and are looking forward to staying again.

Although we enjoyed our stay here, I do have to say that the cleanliness of the rooms was disappointing. Dust all over the lamps and pictures, appliances filthy and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. It looks to me like the housekeepers just do a “quick sweep” of the rooms and not much actual cleaning gets done.

Beautiful property. The hot tub and pool are awesome. Nice music playing during the day poolside. Unfortunately the Pub is closed on Monday and Tuesday, but the Italianrestaurantis open. There are several other restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance.

Great spot as usual!

The studio room was clean and nice. However, the bed was small and about 4 inches from the wall on one side making it impossible to get into bed from that side. Obviously there was no nightstand on that side. There were no reading lights and few plugs in the room. The bathroom was clean with nice finishes (tile, granite countertop) and was stocked with plush towels and nice toiletries. However, there is no storage, no shelves, and the vanity is barely wide enough to hold the provided soap dish and tissue holder. There is no additional countertop to put your clean clothes, a makeup bag, hair products or anything you might bring from home. I didn't really want to put my items from home in the cabinet under the sink with the plunger and extra rolls of toilet paper. But overall, the property was quite nice. Ideally, I'd give it a 4.5 due to the design flaws of the room but the cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, and great location made up for those flaws.

This hotel has everything you need, great location, 3 restaurants on site, jacuzzi indoor and outdoor, huge pool, don’t skip it! Book your vacation to the white mountains!
