Great location

Small thing but no captive portal on the wifi was hugely important to me. Captive portals are usually a source of needless frustration when you just want to connect to wifi and go on your way.

Clean newer hotel, on Main Street near many amenities and activities we booked. Grounds very well kept. Movie night for kids, only recommendation would be possibly a server pool side, other wise great. Good for families. Will stay again

Our family had a nice one-night vacation extending stay at the Riverwalk. Our studio was a good size, and the room felt modern and was pleasantly decorated. Everything was also very clean, although for the age of the area we stayed in, I wouldn't have expected to see as many cosmetic issues with some of the trim and paint as I did. Having stayed at other resorts, I wasn't overly impressed with the common areas - nothing really wowed me entering the lobby area, etc. Just kind of basic. The family did really enjoy the heated outdoor pools and hot tubs, which were well maintained, and could accommodate a large number of guests easily. We ate at the Rhythm Tap and Grill located inside the property and enjoyed some delicious smash burgers. The location was within walking distance to everything downtown Lincoln, which is convenient. Overall, my family really enjoyed our night here and wouldn't hesitate to come back in the future.

Pool was packed but nice, both heated well, wish they had people that walked around removing towels. There was a table with chair held with towels for 8 hours, sat unused all day while others had no place to sit, multiple loungers line that as well. Also couldn’t keep up with towels, not sure how they haven’t figured this out after so many years…Is a constant issue. Half of the grills had no propane tanks, also an issue we have had year after year. Still a great stay. Beautiful room, beautiful property. Didn’t need to leave the resort to catch the fireworks.

Fantastic property!

Clean. Very family friendly

The turning point for my wife and I was on Monday (7-20-26) it was a nice sunny day so we decided to sit pool side for a bit. During our sit the wind was blowing not consistently but now and then . The umbrellas at the pool were open and one took flight into the air about 20 feet (estimated) coming down and missing my wife sitting to my left by inches not feet. I believe the umbrellas at the hotel are industrial type and would have seriously hurt her or worse. I thank God she didn’t try to get up from her chair or it would have been a direct hit while the incident was happening. We didn’t report the incident to anyone because we felt the staff was very young and looked to be summer help possibly college break. There was no attendance or lifeguards at the pool although a gentleman walked by us and couldn’t believe what had happened and said he was going to express his concerns about the incident.

The location and cleanliness. The fire pit wasn’t working. The movie night by the pool Wednesday night never happened . There wasn’t enough luggage carts the day of checkout. No coffee or breakfast not even a muffin in the morning. For the price you pay no little extras.

There were so many things nearby. It was a beautiful resort

One of the days we didn't get housekeeping. And one day it looked like the bed was made in a rush.

It was an amazing stay in a great town. The pool at the property was the best part. Kids and adults loved it.
