Only 1 mile from Loon Mountain Ski Resort, this family-owned and operated hotel is at the entrance to the Kancamagus Highway. It offers an indoor pool, 2 restaurants and free Wi-Fi. The basic guest rooms at Kancamagus Lodge feature a fridge and TV. Some offer a 32-inch flat-screen TV or a balcony. The restaurant is only open for dinner Thursday to Monday. Brittany's Restaurant serves homemade dishes out the patio overlooking the mountains or in the dining room. Guests can also enjoy snacks and sandwiches in CJ's Penalty Box sports bar. Additional recreational activities at the Kancamagus include 2 firepits, a grill area with picnic tables and a children's play area. Laundry facilities, DVD rentals and book exchange opportunities are also available.

Overall we were satisfied with our stay

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent and everything worked well-ice machine, shower, etc. Also the pool was huge. Location was great-we enjoyed the mountains and the Lincoln rail cars and putt-putt golf. Also recommend Fresh Tracks sandwich shop for breakfast and Black Mountain Burger Co, both are across the street. No elevator. We were on the 2nd floor and had to carry our Yeti cooler upstairs (it's heavy lol). It would have been nice to have more electrical outlets; there was an electrical block with 4 outlets to use to charge electronics. A microwave in the room would be nice; however we used one in the office.

Great location. Danielle was super helpful at check-in and provided information about the local area. Room was clean with all the basic necessities. Walkable to restaurants. Older well-used property but perfect for our 2-night stay and priced right!

Clean and convenient location . Staff was wonderful. The mattresses are old and sagged so much that neither one if us slept well. It was also noisy from road traffic if noise bothers you.

Easy check in, staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are dated but they are clean. Great water pressure in shower. Pool is nice and pool room is very nice and warm. Wish there wasn't a window for everyone entering the restaurant to look at you while in the pool. Also the rooms do not have microwave in them (one available in office but only during hours open) I would say if they purchased some small microwaves during black Friday deals would greatly improve the rooms. All in all we enjoy our stay here we have been here twice and plan on heading back soon!

Recently stayed for 3 nights. Front desk staff was great and offered me an early check in. Location is great, many good food options right next door(Common Man, Lincoln diner, Black Mtn Burger, Pub 32). The reason why I stayed there is b/c I LOVE the Grateful Skier, bar in basement of hotel. Good beer selection, owner Eric and bartenders are great people. And great live music on weekends. Smashburger at Grateful Skier was very good! Only negative was the smell of my hotel room upon arriving. Shower pressure was great though, a nice bonus. All in all, would def stay there again.
