Was quite and enjoyed listening to the river.

The building itself and some of the plumbing is a bit outdated, but that didn't get in the way of our experience. The owners were friendly and helpful.

Only stayed 1 night. The room was very clean!! Parking right in front. There was a pool but we didn’t get a chance to use it as we were out all day.

Great host and a wonderful stay. Loved the river and fire pit behind our room. Will be back for sure.

-in after the usual office hours and the staff was very helpful in ensuring the process was simple. Property and rooms were very nice and well kept, beautiful area. Air conditioning and utilities all worked without issue. Will be checking for vacancies here first on my next visit.

Location was perfect. The room was comfortable. There wasn’t a microwave in the room and you had to use a community microwave.

We had an excellent stay here. The room was very clean, very comfortable king size bed , the TV was huge , toiletries in dispensers in the shower , wonderful coffeemaker and a great view of the river out the back window. We have stayed many places in Lincoln and this motel is our favorite . Wish we had found it years ago! My favorite thing was that they gave you actual coffee creamers instead of the nasty powder stuff!we definitely will stay here again

If you're looking for a 5 star luxury hotel, don't look here. But if you're looking for a clean, comfortable, safe, but older motel in a convenient location with a decent price, you've come to the right place. I wasn't expecting too much, so I was pleasantly surprised at what I found. It's located right off the highway only one exit north of the Kancamagus. Very convenient.
