Great and knowledgeable staff. The grounds were beautiful and the area was spectacular! Even the dog had a good time. Will definitely be back!

This place was the perfect fit for my son and myself to get away. My son had a fantastic time, he loved the game room, they had old school quarter powered games - with $20 he was entertained for a full two hours. The pools were fantastic and we lounged and swam for hours. We walked to Wales Tales and had a delightful dinner at the restaurant on the premise. This facility was the perfect kid friendly family get away.

Breakfast was bad. The resort is just a motel

The staff at Woodwards is always smiling and they work very hard! The restaurant also had great live music, super food & terrific service.

Great stay

The breakfast was okay, the pool with the lake was cool, but we were earing a lot of sound between room...

We rented here for our 10 year anniversary and the first thing we had to do for the first hour was clean the hot tub. It had brown moldy stains on the jets and all of it was video recorded. When I asked the front desk for some kind of compensation regarding the issue they told me that they’ll contact me or speak to the manager in the morning. Once it was morning time I asked for the manager and while staff was being friendly you could tell I was being brushed off on the issue. Front desk ended up telling me they’ll contact me even though I was already checking out. They gave me a card and when I asked what I should do to follow up they said they’ll contact me. It’s been one month later and I’m still charged for a dirty hotel that I spent the first hour or so cleaning myself. It sucks cause it does look like a nice place but because of this issue I’d have to give them a 2 out of 5 and would sadly not recommend this place to anyone else. To have to pay 300 dollars for a one night stay that was filthy? No thank you. I tried to post the video here, a before and after the cleaning I did but it would not allow me to do so, only to post a picture

My husband, toddler, pup and I had a wonderful time! Staff were kind and accommodating and we loved the family friendly grounds! We will be back!

I really liked this spot. Only thing I would change is better breakfast. But overall for me it’s great and peaceful. The rooms are nice no concerns.

Overall great stay, rooms were clean, beds were comfy, shower pressure great!!, The outside pool and indoor jacuzzi was great and always had towels stocked, We only stayed two nights but there was so much to do on the property grounds for anyone staying longer. The restaurant on site was 10/ 10 delicious and had live music, would stay again.

Great price

Pretty good place to enjoy the mountains which are my favorite place to be!! We had awesome weather!! The only thing I was annoyed with is the people in the next room were smoking although it was outside smoking is one of my pet peeves!! The thought of it literally turns my stomach! I thought Woodwards was a smoke free facility, but it was my bad because I should have requested a no smoking area option! My husband and I totally enjoyed our stay and it was so nice to see so many people from different backgrounds enjoying themselves also!! The breakfast was a big plus. Thanks Woodwards!!

This was a great hotel!! It was very clean and spacious. The rooms were very nice, and it was a very peaceful, quiet place. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We’re going back soon and next time we’re going to stay two nights!!

I love that it was a separate cottage from the rest as if it was its own romatic private oasis
