It’s a great older place to stay. The pools were great , great food in the restaurant. Just a great place to stay

Property was beautiful set in the mountains. The grounds had beautiful flowers and the scenery was spectacular.

beautiful location; clean and safe environment;; friendly and helpful staff; easy check in; no comment

The motel is very dated. It definitely needs an upgrade. Not what the pictures show online. Things are run down and the rooms are old. Had plumbing up on ceiling exposed. Had a slight smell, maybe carpet cleaner. There is outdoor grass carpet in alot of the spaces, that is also needing an upgrade. The room was clean and it was in a convenient location.

Loved that there was an indoor and outdoor pool! Loved the game room and the shuffleboard on the property. Loved the view from the room that overlooked the lake and the mountain. Nice and helpful staff, very clean rooms that were quite spacious!

A nice four night getaway with the family, properties a little rundown, but still clean and nice. Blackbear roamingthrough the walkway in the Mountain View room makes for an exciting time.

Tv only turned on half the time. Same with the AC. Paid a ton of money to look like the rooms have barely been kept up with

The room was clean and decent for price though not the most comfortable bed… the location honestly was worth the stay. Very close to multiple sites to visit like whales tale waterpark, the flume gorge, and Woodstock brewery. The outdoor pool and hot tub area is awesome! I can’t comment on the food there because we opted to eat out.

The room location, cleanliness, the pools, restaurant and gift shop. I forgot to tell the front desk that the hairdryer may need to be replaced in room 312 . It was so hot that was hard to hold, and smelled like it was burning.

The outdoor pool was great, and the indoor pool was also enjoyable. The hotel also has a small lake where guests can use paddle boats, which was a nice feature. However, the deck area around the lake is old and needs maintenance. Unfortunately, the life jackets provided for the paddle boats were in poor and unclean condition. Overall, I would say the hotel is an okay place to stay, but I feel it is overpriced considering the amount of maintenance and improvements that are still needed throughout the property.

Breakfast was great To many kids being obnoxious in pool

My bathing cape cod bracelets turned black and my bathing suit bleached from olive green to white in their outdoor hot tub, General manger Katie had not followed through with contact in regards to the matter. I keep getting passed around.. They just kept saying “our levels are normal” o asked to see camera footage as you will clearly be able to see my bathing suit change, I also asked written incident report and have yet to receive contact- it has been 5days. She also blamed me for trying to contact on “her day off” when I was told could contact when I was handed her number- would also be in video I now have to send my jewelry off to be professionally fixed which will require 5 days- and will not have them for my anniversary- each of which has been from those years together, I am truly disappointed in how I’ve been treated. They also allowed another guest to call me materialistic and provoke me to no end and then blame me for getting upset back at him. Pictures attached show my green bathing suit and shiny bracelets 3 hours prior. Also another review similar incident a month ago-

Great experience 👍

Everyone in my family had a different favorite thing, but this place has something for everyone, from the access and proximity to hiking trails, paddle boating, fishing, playing arcade games, swimming in the pools, to dining with a view at the on-site restaurant. The staff was all super friendly, and the resort was well staffed enough that we never had trouble finding someone to answer our questions. P.S. Don't forget to check out the gift shop. It's got quintessential New Hampshire flair. P.P.S. I'm not giving you the address. I want to keep this place for myself.

I wasn’t impressed with the reception staff. They were very dry and didn’t bother to explain any of the resort details,

It was super crowded in both indoor and outdoor pools. The hot tub outdoors wasn’t hot. The pedal boats were full of water, no attendants around for the area. It was posted that you MUST wear a life jacket but there were no life jackets for adults, and the only life jackets available were infant and youth sized and were gross. Filled with mold spots. There was only one bartender on and a long line for drinks.. the dinner at the restaurant onsite was bland. The room smelled funky like wet carpet. It just was not the experience we’d hope for at a resort.

We enjoyed the arcade, paddle boats, the observation tower, indoor and out door pools and hot tubs. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were kind and helpful.

I loved the hotel; my children really enjoyed the pools, the Jacuzzi, and the playroom. The food was very good, and the room was fine—the only issue was that the lock on the glass door was broken. I contacted the staff, and they offered to have someone fix it, but it was already too late; apart from that, everything was perfect.
