Just off Interstate 93, this motel is a half-mile from the Flume Gorge and Visitor Center. It features a heated outdoor pool and guest rooms with free Wi-Fi access. A refrigerator is also included in every room at Parker’s Motel. They have a seating area and cable TV and are equipped with a hairdryer. There are BBQ grills outside and guest laundry facilities on site as well. The Whale's Tale Waterpark is just 1 mile from Motel Parker. The Lost River Gorge is a 15-minute drive away.

Owner was nice upgraded us from a queen to a king room had a pool said was heated was not also flyer said there was a hot tub and sauna there was neither

TV only had 3 channels and were in Spanish. Shower didn't keep temperature and was weak.

Close to Franconia notch state park and Lincoln (kancamagus trail). Needs a good update- linens, curtains, carpet…

I had a great stay at Parker's! The room was huge, with a great view of the mountains. The space was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The owner, Z, was friendly and helpful. It's a perfect location if you're exploring the area. Overall, I had a very nice stay and would definitely plan a return visit.

The day of checkout an associate of the property hit my vehicle with his vehicle. The driver said he was going to get his insurance information, but never returned and we never saw him again. A very strange stay at this motel. I would not recommend staying here.

Clean, no scents, full set of towels, nice views, good location. Nothing fancy but 10/10 for the value and cleanliness.

It was reasonable for just a place to sleep. The manager was pleasant.

The room was HEAVILY perfumed to the point I couldn’t breath. I had to leave. The manager was very nice and gave me a refund.
