Beacon Inn and Suites

My complaints have to do with the property itself. I was not aware that the outdoor pool was not up and running order and I brought kids with the intention of letting them swim outside in the morning, and the cleanliness definitely wasn’t up to where it should be in my opinion. Luckily, we only stayed for one night and that was our plan because we were just passing through. There was hair left on the side of the tub from looking like a gentleman shaving the bathroom was dirty. There was so much dust in the room, especially on the light fixtures and lamps and what not but they are going under renovations. So hopefully they improve because it was a nice little spot.

This location is under construction and is a total mess. Difficult to access after hours. Parking was awful. Breakfast was below average. We got kicked out of the breakfast room at 9:55 (breakfast was supposed to be served until 10).

They are making renovation so the outside pool and the yard waste messy. Alsothe indoor swimming pool walls and some other walls were not painted. The location was a huge plus just off the franconia notch State Park. The breakfast was ok. The room was clean and well.maintained. Good value for.money.

Outdoor pool was not available as there is construction going on. The inside pool was available but the jacuzzi was not working. The walk to the dining room was quite a distance from our room and breakfast item selection was extremely limited, Staff was overall friendly and accommodating.

Nice place to stay, very close to town and attractions.

I’ll never stay here again, besides the construction going on the place wasn’t clean. Jacuzzi in my room didn’t work, floor isn’t even level to close the bathroom door fully, I could go on.

Even though there is a lot of renovations happening, the overall experience was still excellent. We would most definitely stay here again.

This is the second time I stay here every is changed breakfast was gross I know it’s free but compare to last year very awful renovations going on everywhere dust everywhere inside the room carpet have stains bathtub full of hair what a awful experience usually I don’t like to write a review but this time I can’t hesitate to write.

The place might be under construction. Out side looks like a abandoned motel. Front Desk staff was awesome. Room it self was well kept and clean. A/C and frig worked and shower and plumbing worked. Out door pool is drained (maybe under construction). Indoor pool was a good size and the water was warm. They seem to be redoing that area and we had to ignore the smell of paint to enjoy the pool. Hot tub is drained and roped off. Arcade has 2 pool tables and air hockey with plenty of room. But the video game steal tokens.

Too much property is under construction and mentioned amenities like outdoor pool is not available.

The room was not clean. The bathtub was dirty, and the carpet looked like it had not been cleaned. The breakfast was poor with very few choices. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I expected much better.

Overall cleanliness was okay in the room itself. Outdoor pool was empty and needed repair. Indoor spa was closed and empty. Indoor pool was ok but lots of repair being done in the building inside and out. Seemed like it was on hold for a while. Decrepit place. Lady at front desk was nice to us. Breakfast was okay. Breakfast staff was nice as well.

I arrived after 11 pm and the electronic key was left in envelope with my last name on it, in case marked- late arrivals.

We have stayed there a few years ago and this place has gone down hill. The outdoor pool was not available, the WiFi was not working at all and with very little cell service really could have used the WiFi. The breakfast was sad. They had a waffle maker and that was it. This place was definitely not worth the money they were charging.

They are currently undergoing remodeling and reconstruction of pool area. And front porch areas.So it is a little bit confused as far as that goes, but other than that.Everything is pretty good

Overall, it was a good stay. The room was clean. Some of the facilities were unavailable due to ongoing renovations. I’m looking forward to seeing the improvements once they are completed.

The room itself was clean and the bed was comfy. The place is in total renovation phase. Outdoor pool closed. Indoor pool was not very pleasing. Not a great value for the rate, based on this. Very cut-up. Every area was in the middle of repairs or in need of. Wanted an outdoor pool. The indoor one was as not nice. The rate we paid was too high for this!!
