Travelodge by Wyndham Lincoln Near White Mountain

Decent room for a quick one night stay. Everything worked in the room.

Pics are deceiving. Looks like they took an older hotel and put a greenhouse facade on. The greenhouse part was blazing hot - like walking through a sauna to get to the office and the rooms. Thankfully the office with the check-in desk was air conditioned. On check-in, they checked me in as the wrong person into a single queen room instead of the double queen I'd reserved. Took nearly 30 minutes for them to correct the mistake and get me into my room. The room's are clean and serviceable, but are clearly an older motel where they have done some (DIY?) maintenance. The A/C are window units mounted through the wall above the bed. Kept the room cool but loud as a jet engine. Beds were comfortable and sheets and towels were clean. Pool was larger than expected and clean but strong smell of chemicals in the pool building. As we were packing up to leave, cleaning staff suddenly burst into the room without knocking and immediately left without saying anything. Glad I was only there for one night.

This hotel is expensive for what it is. The rooms are bare bones and run down. Cobwebs in the bathroom, bathroom door hard to close, and some of the outlets do not work. On the plus side, the jacuzzi was nice, the water pressure was good for showers, good location, and they had a small breakfast.

I didn't care for this property. It's very dated and needed upgrades.

The room had a very bad smell to it. Towels were dirty

Room was not as pictured and overpriced, no bed bugs but stains on towels and walls. Hottub and pool are in seperate building from hotel.

Room maintenance could be better

The place was acceptable place to stay nothing else if your looking for a inexpensive bed to sleep in.

Jet tub was heavenly and worked amazing! If you're looking for a cheap getaway this is the place to go!

fairly priced hotel

The room itself was fine. No ice. The woman who checked us in was nice and

Nothing. Somebody living at the hotel started up their motorbike inside filling it up with exhaust. Not a single fire alarm or carbon monoxide detector went off. The walls were paper thin, could hear every intimate word of the couple in the next room. The pool room changing area was covered in backed up toilet water, every light was out in or near the changing room area, the only place to change had a camera focused right at that area. Room's horrible, poorly patched up ceiling from a previous leap broken fixtures broken blinds in the bathroom. No exhaust fan. Cheap furniture with peeling laminate. Room was not cleaned after first night, did not stay the second night went to a different hotel. Booking.com called the hotel, explained the situation asked for refund it was not granted.

I normally dont give a bad review. Its sad to say we were not happy. Check in we were told ice maker and self served breakfast was not available even when hotel website stays it is. She said it was only available in season. I told her she should state on their advertisement of amenities. The lobby and enclosed walkway smelled like wet rugs and so did the room. We had to use a glad plug in, in our room to overcome the smell. The bathroom tub ledge was so high, even my husband had a hard time getting in and out of it and he's tall. He had to help me in and out were I am short. Water pressure was good. The toliet paper was so far away from the toilet you need to get the paper before using it. King bed was so high with this metal bar protruding from the sides, making this challenging getting in and out of bed. TV and AC remote would only work if get extremely close. This was aggravating when you had to out of bed to change stations and turn it off. Same with the AC. The pool was locked. An old man told us you have to use pool towels and told my husband he had to go back to the room and return the room towels before we could go in the pool. Everything was locked in the pool room, even the bathroom when using it. We will never go back to this hotel.

This hotel is a scam. I paid for my reservation for 8 people including kids and when we arrived they didnt have the reservation and the room was not available. They didnt have more rooms and when I asked for a refund they said it was with expedia when the charge is from them. The phone number they had ia someone's else's phone number and they never answer and they didnt give me my money back. And the hotel doesn't look like the one on the picture.

We visited in the off season. It was calm. & Quiet. The ATM wasn't working, so I couldn't get cash to leave an appropriate tip.
