The place was acceptable place to stay nothing else if your looking for a inexpensive bed to sleep in.

Jet tub was heavenly and worked amazing! If you're looking for a cheap getaway this is the place to go!

The room itself was fine. No ice. The woman who checked us in was nice and

Nothing. Somebody living at the hotel started up their motorbike inside filling it up with exhaust. Not a single fire alarm or carbon monoxide detector went off. The walls were paper thin, could hear every intimate word of the couple in the next room. The pool room changing area was covered in backed up toilet water, every light was out in or near the changing room area, the only place to change had a camera focused right at that area. Room's horrible, poorly patched up ceiling from a previous leap broken fixtures broken blinds in the bathroom. No exhaust fan. Cheap furniture with peeling laminate. Room was not cleaned after first night, did not stay the second night went to a different hotel. Booking.com called the hotel, explained the situation asked for refund it was not granted.

I normally dont give a bad review. Its sad to say we were not happy. Check in we were told ice maker and self served breakfast was not available even when hotel website stays it is. She said it was only available in season. I told her she should state on their advertisement of amenities. The lobby and enclosed walkway smelled like wet rugs and so did the room. We had to use a glad plug in, in our room to overcome the smell. The bathroom tub ledge was so high, even my husband had a hard time getting in and out of it and he's tall. He had to help me in and out were I am short. Water pressure was good. The toliet paper was so far away from the toilet you need to get the paper before using it. King bed was so high with this metal bar protruding from the sides, making this challenging getting in and out of bed. TV and AC remote would only work if get extremely close. This was aggravating when you had to out of bed to change stations and turn it off. Same with the AC. The pool was locked. An old man told us you have to use pool towels and told my husband he had to go back to the room and return the room towels before we could go in the pool. Everything was locked in the pool room, even the bathroom when using it. We will never go back to this hotel.

This hotel is a scam. I paid for my reservation for 8 people including kids and when we arrived they didnt have the reservation and the room was not available. They didnt have more rooms and when I asked for a refund they said it was with expedia when the charge is from them. The phone number they had ia someone's else's phone number and they never answer and they didnt give me my money back. And the hotel doesn't look like the one on the picture.

We visited in the off season. It was calm. & Quiet. The ATM wasn't working, so I couldn't get cash to leave an appropriate tip.

Didn't try hot tub. Clean room and staff ok. There was no free breakfast like it said. Sleep was ok.

The room was spacious, clean, and featured an amazing Jacuzzi tub. Some of the furniture felt a bit outdated—like the large mirror behind the bed—but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The staff at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The pool was huge with a comfortable temperature, and the hot tub was just as spacious and perfectly warm. While the property is starting to show its age and could use a few updates, we still had a great stay and would definitely come back. It’s also conveniently located close to town, making it easy to grab food or anything else you might need.

Advertise a breakfast, but not till 8:30, pool area unclean, ice machine broken, building in general is run down!

Advertised a breakfast, but it didn’t start till 8:30AM, basically manager was sending the message , no breakfast, one ice machine the whole complex, but it was broken, won’t be staying here again, just kinda rundown, too many other options , that are better run in the area, definitely was let down.

I’ve stayed here multiple times no complaints. Actually like the hotel overall bang for your buck. But this time the manager working was never at the front desk. The pool was open but locked up. She said she would open it up for us. After dinner. Got back at 6 and she was no where to be found and didn’t answer the phone the other guy was asleep in the lobby. Pretty bumbed I booked there for the pool this time.

The price for good for what we wanted. A dirty bathing suit was left in the room, but the staff was helpful when needed.

The room smelled bad, and the facilities were outdated. The receptionists, all of Indian descent, seemed extremely impatient with me, even though I was just checking in normally.

Good place

Barely greeted at the desk. The whole place stinks of strong chemicals which makes me wonder what kind of mild they are trying to cover. No towels at the pool and the underground tunnel leading to it is disgusting abd smells awful, brown crud dripping down the walls. Continental breakfast was a joke. It sounded like something was dripping into the ceiling above us all night long. The only thing we liked was the beds were comfortable.

The hotel lobby smelled very strongly of middle eastern food, thankfully I love ethnic food but it smacked you in the face when you walked through the door. The room was decent, the small mini fridge was convenient . The linens looked clean and new and the bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a nice break for myself and the kids and the area was clean and quiet. The bed was comfy but I found a hair under my pillow that didn't belong to me. The room hadn't been dusted in quite awhile. There were hairs all over the shower wall.
