Really nice owners of the hotel and very accommodating. A couple of nice hikes right in back of the property and the flume gorge and The Basin are both great. The Basin is especially pretty - we went early in the morning before Flume Gorge.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to our event and close to the main street in Lincoln. A small stream ran behind our cabin. Shower temperature and pressure was good. A/C unit worked well, without annoying loud changes -- and could be run as a fan for white noise if desired. Heating was used on subsequent evenings and that worked ok. Our cabin did not have any heat directly in the bathroom so exiting the shower was a little eye-opening until we left the bathroom door open. Definitely not a deal breaker. The cabins are fairly close together which I don't feel would ordinarily be a problem but we had an inconsiderate neighbor who started their car early in the morning every day and let it idle for 30 minutes right next to us. I did not inform the owners about this for followup as we typically get up early.

Comfortable rooms. Very friendly and welcoming owners, they gave us a lot of tips and advice. Quiet area. Good shower pressure. Reliable WiFi. Convenient free parking. Mattresses could be better.

A decent place to stay. Matt and Ezgi are great hosts available 24x7 to help on almost anything you ask them from the facilities to the places to eat around town, anything at all with a smile. Coffee and tea are available 24x7. And don't forget to ask for Atlas who will bring a smile to your face. We did get upgraded to the suite that they have. Maintenance could be a bit better, but this is a value for money facility. Not really a downer.

The friendliness and they went out of their way. I actually got a call when I was headed there. The gentleman told me that it was getting a little chilly and would I like him to turn the heat on

The owners were extremely friendly, helpful, and caring. We go up to the white mountains multiple times a year and this location has been one of our favorites. We didn't have a chance to go into the pool but liked that it was fenced in, clean, and was towards the back with more privacy than some of the neighboring location. nothing to complain about!
