The location of the property is excellent if you’re planning a trip to Flume gorge or any of the Franconia state park attractions. We took the Mount Washington cog railway which was about a 38 min drive which was very picturesque. Breakfast area was tiny but they had a grab and go breakfast which worked well for us. :)

Room had a weird smell and lots of ants. Beds were clean. Shower was good. Pool was cold- hot tub after a lot of hiking was amazing! Breakfast was good. Hotel served its purpose.

The staff were great! Parking was great and breakfast was good and free. The breakfast place was small we had to eat in the lobby but that’s ok.

This was a last minute booking for us as we were road tripping through NE. This property was one of the nicest we stayed at. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. If we are ever back in this area again we will stay again.

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast ok, but breakfast room too small. Noticed lots of noise from the room above us. Walking, etc.

Everything was great! My only issue was the bugs that were plastered all over the doors at night. Due to the lightning I would assume. There was no way to open the outside door without letting them in. I would still stay there again in a heartbeat.

Pool area was great, breakfast has a little bit of variety, staff was nice Hair on floor that didn't belong to us and dust on floor, the bedding had a not clean smell to it glad i brought my own. Bathroom behind door and in shower dirty. Splatter marks on walls of unknown substance
