Most of the staff were responsive and kind. It was dirty. Dust around the bed. It smelled like urine even after we lysoled the room. There were cobwebs in the room. We bought our own toilet paper.

Location except it was swarmed with bikers staying there and hundreds going down the road - constantly noisy- not the hotels fault. Bed was stiff.breakfast offerings were barely adequate.

Overall this is an okay hotel to stay in. Room was clean and spacious. Pool/hot tub was good. But breakfast was very basic. Didn't even have bread and breakfast room was very small.

Was there for laconia bike week. Clean room, friendly helpful staff, great complimentary breakfast, pool sauna and hot tub clean and well maintained. Very biker friendly

The staff were super nice. The room was clean and the location is perfect I took my dog. They had a beautiful trail. The pool and hot tub were beautiful.

The pool and hot tub were under renovation when we were there. The contractor was there early in the morning working on the pool and hot tub on the weekend that we were there and this was noisy.

We were greeted by Matt at the front desk. He was kind,knowledgeable,and was accommodating. Our room was big,clean and the balcony was an added bonus
