InnSeason Pollard Brook is a great place to stay if you are driving the Kancamagus Highway 112 to see the fall colors. Make a stop at the Welcome Center before you start your drive. They have a good map of the Highway with the overlooks and turnouts marked. The attendants were very informative. The inn is also located by a verity of restaurants. The rooms have full kitchens which is nice, as well. I would stay there again.

Great room for going to the New Hampshire Highland Games. I was able to walk to and from Loon Mountain with ease then relax in the room after.

went early September with my wife and 2 young kids. The amenities at the resort and daily scheduled activities made this resort stand out. The proximity to the main strip in Lincoln, Kancamagus Highway and Franconia Notch State Park are great, everything is a short ride away. We will definitely be back.

Amazing resort tor families! Two of the biggest hot tubs I’ve ever seen. Property was super clean and all staff were accommodating! We will be back!

InnSeason Pollard Brook is our favorite place to stay in NH. The condos are clean and well stocked with bedding, towels and kitchen stuff. The location is amazing - super close to so many fun things like hiking trails, the Pemi River, Clark’s Bears, Whale’s Tail water park, Loon, etc and not too far from Story Land (about 45 min). My kids absolutely love the indoor and outdoor pools/hot tubs.

The room was big, and exactly as listed. Good price. Several small issues. Cable box in one room didn’t work. 3 out of 5 soap dispensers didn’t work. Shower in the master suite had a leak and sprayed water all over the bathroom, wetting a large area. Doors and windows missing hardware. We liked the room enough that those things didn’t matter as much as they may seem issues though!

We had so much fun, great customer service and my kids had so much fun. The hot tubs and pools were awesome, the hotel staff was excellent and we found great swimming holes, and food within range! Definitely will be back next year! We had a blast!!

We absolutely loved our stay at InnSeason Resorts in New Hampshire! The hotel is very clean, and our room was super comfortable and cozy. All of the facilities were well maintained and spotless, and the pool was really nice and enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again
