Staybridge Suites, Lincolnshire by IHG

I really liked this hotel because it was clean, beautiful, and the staff was very helpful. I've been to other Staybridge hotels where the facilities are larger, but I still loved it.The perfect breakfast, the clean pool, my stay relaxed and peaceful 😎👌

Good breakfast.

We stayed here for four days and that amount of time we took advantage of the breakfast, which was decent. The cleaning staff came to our room every day and took care of our trash and soiled towels. The parking had no problem finding a spot I like to swim, I utilize their pool, which was cold for me and the pool was not clear as a pool should be staff stated it’s monitored from the exterior weather to the interior weather all in all the combinations were very comfortable, and I would stay there again.

Complete messy room with bad smell, poor quality breakfast and rude staff.

Excellent stay. Peaceful location with trees all around. Nice well kept rooms with full size fridge, stove & sitting area with sofa & tv. Great breakfast. Bacon one day, ham steak another day, sausage & biscuits/gravy. Nice patio area with outdoor fire pit, grills, and plenty of tables & chairs. Chief Engineer Dave Wroebel goes out of his way to see if guests are satisfied or if he can do anything to make your stay better. Always walking the property. I hope IHG recognizes how valuable an asset this man is. We will definitely stay here again.

Super clean, nice, and great hotel for me. Brautiful grounds. Bed and pillows were great! Only thing to improve might be some more modern fixtures in room. But 5/5 for me.

The space reminded me of a small bedroom condo, with space to work and eat home-cooked meals. I loved that they had a laundry basket in the room, instead of a bag. The facility is pet-friendly. The staff provided professional,patient, and efficient service.

The hotel was great until my boyfriend was walking barefoot in our room and stepped on a piece of glass. We had no glass in our room at all so it came from the people before us. My kids also found balloons tapes to the lamps in our room and we found garbage wrappers between the wall and nightstand. Besides those things it was a good stay.

The building itself was nice enough, probably having been renovated or refurbished at some time. However, I had requested that the two rooms I reserved be adjacent to or across the hall from each other. I directly called the hotel the day after the reservation was made thru Expedia, several weeks before the stay. That didn’t happen. First disappointment. When entering the room after check-in I was nearly choked by the musty, sour odor in my room. Second disappointment. I immediately requested another room but the hotel was full. I was advised to ask for another room after guests checked out the next morning. To get through the first night I tried spraying cologne to mask the awful smell. The manager offered to apply a deodorizer and vacuum the room, which I accepted. It didn’t help much but I appreciated the attempt and ended up staying in the room since I had unpacked my things. Overall I had a nice stay, the beds are deliciously comfortable and the free breakfast made up for the smelly room. The staff is friendly and helpful and made the stay pleasant, for which I am grateful.

Only complaint is the breakfast start time. It should be 6am for people thave to work or catch flights
